May God be gracious to us and bless us 1 and make his face shine on us—[a]

so that your ways may be known on earth, 2 your salvation among all nations.

May the peoples praise you, God; 3 may all the peoples praise you.

May the nations be glad and sing for joy, 4 for you rule the peoples with equity 4 and guide the nations of the earth.

May the peoples praise you, God; 5 may all the peoples praise you.
