1 The song of Moses
1 Then sang Ps. 106:12Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the Lord, and spake, saying, 1 I will sing unto the Lord, for he hath triumphed gloriously: 1 The horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.
2 The Lord is my strength and Ps. 18:2;Is. 12:2;Hab. 3:18,19song, 2 And he is become my salvation: 2 He is my God, and I will prepare him Gen. 28:21,22a habitation; 2 My ch. 3:15,16father's God, and I Is. 25:1will exalt him.

22 Bitter waters made sweet
22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Gen. 25:18Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.
23 And when they came to Num. 33:8Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called [c]Marah.
24 And the people ch. 16:2murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?
25 And he cried unto the Lord; and the Lord shewed him a tree, See 2 Ki. 2:21which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he See Josh. 24:25made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there Deut. 8:2,16;Judg. 3:1,4;Ps. 66:10he proved them,
26 And said, Deut. 7:12,15If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these Deut. 28:27,60diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord ch. 23:25;Ps. 103:3that healeth thee.
27 Num. 33:9And they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm trees: and they encamped there by the waters.
