Summary: Jesus is not impressed with the outward trappings of self-righteousness. He is impressed with a heart full of simple faith, which we find most often in the hearts of those we least expect. So like Jesus feed the "dogs" and touch the "dumb."
Summary: Let us learn to examine ourselves in light of Jesus and not examine Jesus in the dim light of ourselves. It will cause discomfort, but how wondrous it is to serve a true King and to experience the mercy of a Lord that we truly fear.
