We are a broken and sinful people. People in need of a Savior. Jesus became that for us by allowing His body to be broken and His blood to be poured out on the cross. He gave His life for ours. “What He Did For You” is design for Good Friday, as an intro to a time of communion or for any message focused on the work of the cross.

At the very heart of worship is a life surrendered to God. It's in those moments, when we let go of everything and lay our lives down, that we truly answer the call to worship. Worship requires surrender. Surrender of self, surrender of all and a heartfelt desire to honor God with our whole life.

What Jesus did for us should never be forgotten. We should constantly be in a state of remembrance for His gift of grace. God sent His only Son to take our place, bare our penalty and die our death. This is mercy. This is love. This is communion.

Featuring music by Josiah Smith Band, this piece is excellent for Easter, Good Friday, and Communion. It depicts worshipers responding to the crucifixion, the nails, the cross, and ultimately the resurrection of Jesus. Just as he opened his hands and arms to receive our guilt, we open our hands and arms in worship and thanks to Him for his amazing sacrifice and victory over the grave.

Perfect for introducing the topic of community or for communion. Each church is a patchwork of gifts in a diverse group of individuals knit together, light in darkness, stronger together than alone. This mini-movie illustrates these concepts by projecting fabric textures onto 3D animation, complimented by biblical phrases that describe Christian community.

The statements from the cross, both by Christ and those around Him, in His last moments on Calvary's Hill, have profound impact upon our lives. This video can be used for evangelical outreaches, communion services, studies about the cross or the crucifixion, worship intros, Good Friday services, or as a great opener for Easter morning services. The screen is black for the first 10 seconds.
