Comment to those looking at my sermons: I try to preach the Word honestly. I learned a long time ago that we are to study not to prove our position, but to see what the word actually says and then apply it to our lives. I try to do this in my ministry. - My goal in preaching is to lift up Jesus Christ as the Savior and bring glory to God.
Sermon or series that made a difference: I enjoy "Attributes of God" by Steven Lawson (Ligonier Ministries).
One of my favorite illustrations: The cat in the tree. THe thoughts on children concerning the meaning of "Love."

What my parents think of my sermons: They are deceased - I am sure that if they can look down from heaven that they are smiling.
What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: Awesome man awesome!
Best advice given to me about preaching: Brag about Jesus. It is all about Him, not you.
