• One of my favorite illustrations: Johnny was standing looking longingly into the candy shop’s window. A stranger saw him and went into the shop to give the owner money so that Johnny could have anything that he wanted. After getting his bag of candy Johny was approaced by the stranger; who Asked for a candy. Johnny cried MINE, MINE, MINE and ran away. We are like that with God. Who gives to us only asking for a tithe; but we cry MINE, Mine, Mine.
