Jerry Morrissey loved the Lord Jesus with all his heart and soul. He walked and talked daily with his Lord and inspired everyone he came in contact with. He is dearly missed.

your sermon possesses one of the greatest lines ever, that God doesn't love us because we are good, rather we are good because God loves us. To bless someone is to place value on them, so because we are valued by God, we are blessed.

Dr. Morrissey, Thank you for posting this message. I am preaching this Sun. while our pastor's away. Being a Lutheran church, we follow the Revised Common Lectionary. This has been helpful in my preparation. Many thanks and God bless.

Sermon: Signs.
Jerry Morrissey is always an inspiration, especially his verse by verse exegesis of the text. This is always so helpful.
