I've listened to Nelson via the internet in addition to many other new guys trying to get their spin on church and leadership into a more public forum. A lot of his thoughts echo the stuff you hear out of Granger and Willow Creek, so it's often not new information. What does translate well, though, is his passion for what God is doing in his neck of the woods. While reading these manuscripts can be helpful, I'd really encourage you to check out his audio.
