I feel like this woman because I have diseases with no cures, and I find myself just like her...determined to fight the crowds, which to me are discouragement. I not only reach out to touch the hem of His garment, but cling on to it ever so tightly, unable to let go. He is what gives me strength and hope each new day. And I praise God for His compassion and mercy upon me. This outline for the sermon is very powerful to me. I wish there was a way to read this entire sermon.
Good stuff thanks. I have a series on the family that I have taught over 30 years on. Yet I never did one family altars. Very important part of the family. How could I have overlooked this important lesson. Thanks for this message.
Great stuff Like to hear more on this one.
Pastor, thank you for your incredible insights on vital subjects. I look forward to your upcoming sermons.
Indeed it was one of the most remarkable conversions and if l might add the most remarkable salvation stories.Salvation is not as compicated as we want it to be.It is as easy as "Lord remember me in paradise"Peter when walking on water just called out "LORD SAVE ME" and immediately Christ reached out and held him. When we truly repent from our sins it is a matter of crying out that Christ save us and he will save us.Who can separate us from the love of Christ.l am touched by your sermons brother.
Women were so much despised in the society of the day but mary did not consider that as an obstacle to welcome his master from the grave, she was the first and testified to the other disciples that he indeed had risen. How the society views us can never be a reason not to get to Christ.Remember even the women who had suffered for 12 years considered not her status in society.Status has no impact when facing salvation.Going in the early hours also shows that the lady had not rested until she had found Christ. Before we find Christ we must not rest.Christ often woke up in the early hours of the morning to go and pray and Mary imitated that also, let us now imitate Christ like what Mary did.thank you for the great sermon.
