About Steve Lombardo

Sermon or series that made a difference: "Our Mission: Becoming Watchmen"-message "Islam, Israel, and the Middle East"-series "It’s All About the Name"-message "Habakkuk: From Worry to Worship"-series

One of my favorite illustrations: Mexican revolutionary "Pancho" Villa was "hated by thousands and loved by millions". Born Doroteo Arango, he was said to be everywhere but nowhere. He was shot in Chihuahua and these were his last words: "Don’t let it end like this. Tell them I said something."

Family: Wife - Stephanie Steve III (Trey) Tiras (Ty) Bruno the dog

Books that have had an impact: The Challenge of Jesus - N.T. Wright, The Gospel According to John - D.A. Carson, The Heavenly Man - Brother Yun & Paul Hattaway

If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Jesus Christ died for your sins, trust in Him today.
