Honesty Ranking: Firefighters top the annual CNN/USA Today Gallup Poll ranking the honesty, integrity and ethical standards of various professions. 90% of Americans rated them “high” or “very high.” Close behind firefighters in the ratings were nurses (84%), members of the military (81%), policemen (68%), pharmacists (68%), and medical doctors (66%).
