FRUITS OF GODS SPIRIT

Galatians 5: 22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

(1) Love is the source of obedience
To his word
To his spirit
To his voice
(2) Joy is the flower of holiness
Service to the Lord
Living in one accord
Praying in the spirit
(3) Peace overcoming of trustfulness
Showing our trust in our Lord
Placing all trust in him and his word
Trusting his word to guide us daily
(4) Longsuffering is a partner of patience
Being patience with God when we pray
Being patience with family
Being patience with wrongs to us
(5) Gentleness is the daughter of love
Love teaches us to be gentle
With all dealings
Gentle in our decisions
Gentle in all our moves in the church
(6) Goodness is the activity of grace
Grace is a gift of our Lord
Grace we can’t earn
Grace we can’t buy
This is Gods greatest gift to man the only way to heaven
(7) Faith is the faithfulness of courage
Courage is what we stand on each day we live
Courage is what we must have in the eye of the storm
Courage to stand face to face with troubles
Courage to stand for and with the Lord
(8) Meekness is the trait of Christ
Christ was meek as a lamb
We should meek and humble
Being meek shows the love of Christ in us
Be meek help others see Christ in us
(9) Temperance is the mastery of faith
The more our faith grows the more humble we become
The more we master faith the stronger we grow
The more we show faith the more we act like Christ
Faith like love grows in and on us
