His Joy Over Our Suffering

Summary: Man’s suffering is only temporary, it will not last for eternity.
INTRODUCTION
Nehemiah 8:10 say, “Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
I. I AM SURELY SEEING YOUR DILEMMA (SUFFERING), 7-9
A. I see your oppression
B. I hear your cry
C. I care for you (working to ease their sufferings)
II. I AM SURELY SENDING YOUR DELIVERANCE, 10-14
A. Proclaim that I am God (to Pharaoh and his people), 10-11
B. Proclaim this good news (to Israel-my people), 12-14
III. I AM SURELY FULFILLING MY DECLARATION (COVENANT), 15
A. I am your Fathers’ God
B. I am your Faithful God
CONCLUSION
Your suffering is temporary. It will not last for eternity. The good news is God is working to ease your burden. He has a promise to fulfill. His name is faithful. His character is faithful. His word is faithful. His work is faithful. God is faithful in everything. He will take away our sorrows because of our sufferings and He will give us his joy to become our strength.
