VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. How to be healthy and have strong bones? Don't get the physical benefits but take advantage of getting both: physical and spiritual benefit in which the latter is more desirous than the first.

Accept JESUS as your own LORD, MASTER and SAVIOR and you will have eternal life here on earth and heaven. Enjoy this benefit more than the physical benefit it will give you while you're here on earth: healthy body and strong bones. These are given to you so you can be used by GOD in His ministry here on earth.

1. Trust the LORD.

Proverbs 3:5 (Amplified Bible)

3:5 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

2. Don't lean on your own understanding.

Proverbs 3:5 (Amplified Bible)

3:5 Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.

3. Acknowledge GOD in all your ways.

Proverbs 3:6 (Amplified Bible)

3:6 In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

4. Don't be wise in your own eyes.

Proverbs 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

3:7 Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil.

5. Fear the LORD

Proverbs 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

3:7 Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil.

Fear of the LORD is JESUS CHRIST. Let CHRIST's influence become stronger than what the world can offer - fear. Consider fear vs faith as see-saw. If one is on top, then the other is at bottom. If fear is on top, you can't operate in faith; if faith is on top, you can't operate in fear.

6. Depart from evil

Proverbs 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

3:7 Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil.

Evil will not leave you, you leave evil alone.

Illustration: Beer drinkers say always that they can't stop drinking, they profess they loved GOD dearly but can't avoid drinking alcohol, but they're inside a club or a place where alcohols are being served.

7. Let the LORD direct your paths.

Let the HOLY SPIRIT guide and lead you in every way, manner and circumstances you face. Agree to be led by GOD. Consent to GOD's will.

Proverbs 3:6 (Amplified Bible)

3:6 In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

Romans 8:14 (Amplified Bible)

8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

Galatians 5:18 (Amplified Bible)

5:18 But if you are guided (led) by the [Holy] Spirit, you are not subject to the Law.

LET GOD use you in the ministry, that will make you more healthy and get stronger bones.

Matthew 10:39 (Amplified Bible)

10:39 Whoever finds his [lower] life will lose it [the higher life], and whoever loses his [lower] life on My account will find it [the higher life].

Matthew 16:25 (Amplified Bible)

16:25 For whoever is bent on saving his [temporal] life [his comfort and security here] shall lose it [eternal life]; and whoever loses his life [his comfort and security here] for My sake shall find it [life everlasting].

Mark 8:35 (Amplified Bible)

8:35 For whoever wants to save his [higher, spiritual, eternal] life, will lose it [the lower, natural, temporal life which is lived only on earth]; and whoever gives up his life [which is lived only on earth] for My sake and the Gospel’s will save it [his higher, spiritual life in the eternal kingdom of God].

Luke 9:23-24 (Amplified Bible)
