I Am

Summary: To often in life, we as a people know everything, not realizing that if we truly took notice to what’s going on around us we would come to the shocking reality that we really don’t know as much as we thought. To put it bluntly, in reference to GOD and the WORD, we don’t know a thing!!
1. I KNOW: If we reflect on the Old Testament, we see that in Jeremiah 1:5 GOD said I knew you before you came from the womb, and that he will know us when we reach the tomb. GOD said that HE knows our thoughts from afar off before we even think them. Psalm 139:2 You see, GOD has known and yet knows us down through the years. HE KNOWS
2. I DECLARE: GOD declares that HIS WORD is HIS bond Isaiah 55:8-11 declares” Your thoughts are not MY thoughts, and your ways are not MY ways, for MY ways and MY thoughts are higher than yours. So shall MY WORD go forth out of my mouth and not return to me void but shall accomplish that which I set it to do. Isaiah 46:10 tells us that GOD declares the end from the beginning. GOD alone has the power to speak the end from the beginning. HE declares himself to all generations!!
3. GIVE: John 3:16 For God so loved the world that HE gave HIS only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on HIM shall not perish but have everlasting life. HE gives us HIS promise of everlasting life! I AM the great I AM, in Psalm 23 HE declares that HE is our shepherd, as well as our protection from hurt harm and all danger. GOD is saying that I AM because I have the plans because and I AM the MASTER PLANNER, and I have it ALL IN MY HANDS. If we go to John 14:1-3 God lets us know that HE is our FUTURE: He told HIS SON to go and prepare a place for us in the future, and HE is coming back to get us!! GOD wants us to know that I AM; I AM the MORNING GLORY; I AM the LILY IN THE VALLEY; I AM the BRIGHT and MORNING STAR; I AM the PAST, PRESENT, and THE FUTURE; I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE; I AM HOPE; I AM LIFE ETERNAL!!! LET US PRAY
