I. EXORDIUM:

How GOD relates to us?

He relates to us as a Person: the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

1 Timothy 2:5 (Amplified Bible)

II. AUDIENCE PROFILE:

Believers/unbelievers

III. OBJECTIVES:

To show that whenever two or three persons gathered in JESUS's Name, the LORD JESUS CHRIST is in their midst.

IV. TEXT:

Matthew 18:20 (Amplified Bible)

For wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I AM in the midst of them.

V. THESIS:

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are in our midst whenever two or three gathered together in Your Name.

VII. EXPLICATION:

A. Author: Dr. Luke, The Beloved Physician (close friend and traveling companion of Paul)

B. Audience: Theophilus (Greek means friend of GOD, a Christian)

C. Purpose: To give a connected and orderly narrative of the life of CHRIST as seen by eyewitnesses

VIII. MAIN BODY:

Matthew 18:20 (Amplified Bible)

For wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I AM in the midst of them.

Perfect example from the bible is Paul, Silas and Timothy gathering or assembling themselves and GOD, the LORD JESUS, the Son, Himself, the Second Person in the Trinity, the Double-Portion of the Trinity is in their midst.

The LORD JESUS CHRIST is in the midst of His people. The power of three. Because GOD is 1 GOD in three Persons. He relates to us as a Person so we can understand Him and we relate to Him as GOD.

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You are in our midst whenever two or three gathered together in Your Name.
