Introduction: Make a few remarks about different things, organizations, people, etc, who have failed and talk about the implications of those failures.

I. His Love

a. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39 NASB)

b. Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. (Ephesians 3:20-21 NASB)

II. His Word

a. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1 NASB)

b. BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER." And this is the word which was preached to you. (1 Peter 1:25 NASB)

c. The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever. (Isaiah 40:8 NASB)

III. His Promises

a. For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. (2 Corinthians 1:20 NASB)

b. for He Himself has said, "I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU," (Hebrews 13:5b NASB)
