Life-Time Commitment To God

There are always considerable reasons why
people are making life-time commitments. The
intensity of one’s commitment depends on the
depth of one’s interest to a particular object of
love.
Life-time commitment reveals life-time love to
a well-appreciated and well-treasured person.
Man’s conditional commitment reveals his
calculated and temporary obligation. A man with
no special commitment is a man without
significant love. People without commitment in
life are usually indifferent people who don’t
really understand the value of being committed.
Every true believer must know and realize the
real value of life-time commitment to God.
Avoiding commitment is an act of foolishness and
selfishness. It’s also a cowardice escape from
opportunity and responsibility. Commitment
energizes our lives to do more quality works and
greater achievements in life. It also deepens our
awareness regarding our responsibility and
accountability. It’s an ultimate way to show our
living faith, love and deep appreciation to what
our Savior has done for us sinners saved by


        
grace.

Making and fulfilling life-time commitments to
God surely glorify His Holy name. They also
uncover the hidden desires of our hidden man. May
every one of us honestly say, While I live will I
praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God
while I have any being.
