Summary: A word from God is all you will ever need to be victorious, it doesn’t matter what the circumstances look like, it doesn't matter what the odds look like, God’s ability is not affected by our circumstances! Amen?

Victory is Mine!

Victory is mine,

victory is mine,

victory today is mine.

God told Satan to get thee behind,

victory today is mine.

Healing is mine

Healing is mine

Healing today is mine

God told Satan to get thee behind,

victory today is mine.

Joy, happiness, prosperity and every promise in the bible, can be and are yours today! Amen?

And just in case your wondering how many promises are in the bible,

answers.ask.com states that there are at least 5000 promises in the Bible although they are not referred to as promises.

The Holy God of the Bible cannot lie and thus every time He says He is going to do something it can be counted as a promise.

You know even with facts like that, sometimes you still have to remind yourself, that victory really is yours!

Today, we're not fighting for Victory, we're fighting from Victory, because of what Jesus has already done for us, Praise God!

We all have a choice to make daily, to trust in Jesus and live in Victory, or trust in the flesh and live in defeat.

I know at times it may seem like your constantly bombarded with the drama of life that,

the accuser manages to somehow always steer your way,

Just as Jesus is busy working behind the scenes to bless you and show you favor,

The accuser is working hard at trying to bafu everything and anything he can, that’s good happening in your life

John 10:10 NKJ

10. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

TBS. Jesus came, so we could have His best, His abundance raining down on us, in our lives.

Can you imagine, an abundance of Jesus Favor raining down on us all the time,

its true TBS. He came so we could have it abundantly!

That’s why the devil worked at it so hard, tempting Him after He arose from the grave,

but Jesus wasn’t having it, not even for a minute.

Matt. 4:3 NKJ

3. Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”

Isn’t that just like the devil? “If You are the Son of God” Then show me!

Jesus didn’t have to prove anything to him, He all ready had proven it on the cross,

He’d already taken the keys to life and death right out of his pocket,

The only thing that He had to remind him

Of, was the fact Victory is mine, get thee behind!

Matt. 4:4 NKJ

4. But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

You know the devil knew he was whipped, but that didn’t stop him, it never does.

In all the time that’s past since then, he still uses the same tricks still today,

on all Gods children if they will let him,

But just as Jesus did, we need to also remind him, Victory is mine get thee behind!

Sometimes we need to do it on a daily basis and sometimes when he thinks he’s got the upper hand on us,

its on a moment by moment basis!

Jesus handed us the Victory when He overcame the cross and it has been ours, who are in Christ Jesus ever since.

The accuser knows, exactly what you have access to, with a relationship with Jesus and God the Father!

He also knows, everything you are entitled to as a result of it, he knows very well, from first hand experience,

What the presence and power of God is capable of doing. Praise God!

That’s why one of his greatest victories has been since he fell from heaven,

Is cheating every man, woman, boy and girl out the victory God has already given to you!

It doesn’t matter who you are, it doesn’t matter how much or how little you have,

If you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are a threat to him,

and his thing is to steal, kill and cheat you ought of everything and anything you have, or will ever have.

1 Samuel 27 MSG.

1. David thought to himself, "Sooner or later, Saul's going to get me. The best thing I can do is escape to Philistine country. Saul will count me a lost cause and quit hunting me down in every nook and cranny of Israel. I'll be out of his reach for good."

2-4. So David left; he and his six hundred men went to Achish son of Maoch, king of Gath. They moved in and settled down in Gath, with Achish. Each man brought his household; David brought his two wives, Ahinoam of Jezreel and Abigail, widow of Nabal of Carmel. When Saul was told that David had escaped to Gath, he called off the hunt.

One way the devil steals from you and probably the main way is through fear,

fear has stolen so much from Gods people over the years,

Here fear had caused David, to go to the land of the Philistine’s, who loathed and despised him,

yet respected him from the moment he came on the scene and defeated their warrior, Goliath!

Achish, the Philistine king, accepted the fugitives, not out of friendship,

but in the knowledge of what a dangerous enemy David could be if forced to fight, and gave him Ziklag as a place to live.

You would have thought David’s life would have been a lot easier without Saul, his pursuer hot on his tail,

that’s not how the accuser works though, he’s probably the one who coined the phrases,

When it rains, it pours and if it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all

When he has a sense of what your destiny God has planned for you, one day might do to him,

he knows all to well, he needs to keep you from it and from the Victory God has given and promised to you!

After all David had known for a long time, that one day he would be King,

He had had many victories along the way and the devil had fought him and lost, on everyone of them.

The fate of Saul and his demise was evident and the devil knew this was a now or never thing with David.

Its kind of funny, because I think he really believes that at every juncture, in someone's life

that’s why he’s continually trying to keep us from victory and plunge us totally into defeat!

Its in those times, we come to learn our strength is found in God and not ourselves,

We realize that we can’t do it, “but God Can”, God always can!

1st Samuel 30:1-6 MSG.

1-3. Three days later, David and his men arrived back in Ziklag. Amalekites had raided the Negev and Ziklag. They tore Ziklag to pieces and then burned it down. They captured all the women, young and old. They didn't kill anyone, but drove them like a herd of cattle. By the time David and his men entered the village, it had been burned to the ground, and their wives, sons, and daughters all taken prisoner.

4-6. David and his men burst out in loud wails—wept and wept until they were exhausted with weeping. David's two wives, Ahinoam of Jezreel and Abigail widow of Nabal of Carmel, had been taken prisoner along with the rest. And suddenly David was in even worse trouble. There was talk among the men, bitter over the loss of their families, of stoning him.

David’s dilemma, suddenly had went from bad to worse.

From what he thought was the safe zone, went to the “Oh no Zone!”

Suddenly the threat from Saul was nothing, compared to what his own men were thinking of doing to him!

I’m sure the devil thought he had him for good this time, surely there would be no way of getting ought of this one!

But he forgot about God, he also forgot about the Favor of God on David’s life,

he forgot what was possible when David would call on the Great God of Israel, in faith.

And that’s exactly what David did, his cries went from calling out to God in question,

Because as long as he did that, it was still about his ability

To calling on God and His Favor and ability, which had delivered him each and every time he had ever needed Him!

Right then and there, he started to have a victory is mine, get thee behind moment!

Praise God!

1st Samuel 30:6-8 MSG.

Vs. 6-7. David strengthened himself with trust in his God. He ordered Abiathar the priest, son of Ahimelech, "Bring me the Ephod so I can consult God." Abiathar brought it to David.

8. Then David prayed to God, "Shall I go after these raiders? Can I catch them?"

The answer came, "Go after them! Yes, you'll catch them! Yes, you'll make the rescue!"

A word from God is all you will ever need to be victorious, it doesn’t matter what the circumstances look like, it doesn't matter what the odds look like,

God’s ability is not affected by our circumstances! Amen?

1st Samuel 30:16-20 NKJ

16. And when he had brought him down, there they were, spread out over all the land, eating and drinking and dancing, because of all the great spoil which they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah.

17. Then David attacked them from twilight until the evening of the next day. Not a man of them escaped, except four hundred young men who rode on camels and fled.

18. So David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away, and David rescued his two wives.

19. And nothing of theirs was lacking, either small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything which they had taken from them; David recovered all.

20. Then David took all the flocks and herds they had driven before those other livestock, and said, “This is David’s spoil.”

David overcame and took back what the devil had stolen from him,

And nothing of theirs was lacking, either small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything which they had taken from them; David recovered all

He not only recovered all that had been lost, God had given him more than had been taken from him in the first place.

TBS. all the great spoil which they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah.

God is never just a God of barely get by, He is always a good and plenty, over the top, more than enough God of Abundance!

Praise Him, for His most generous nature towards His Children, Great is His Faithfulness!

Ephesians 1:7-10 MSG.

7-10. Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we're a free people— free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in Christ, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, everything on planet earth.

Everything we will ever need for the victory in every situation was provided for at the cross.

that’s why we can confidently say that

Victory is Mine, The Victory is always Mine, when I put my faith and trust in Jesus Amazing Ability instead of my own!

Lets pray,
