I. Proclaim Justice to the Gentiles v.18

- The gospel is not just about being saved from hell

II. Will not quarrel, cry aloud, or be heard in the streets v.19

- Jesus was not interested in social or political justice

- He had an eternal view in mind

III. Will not break the bruised reed, or quench the smoldering wick v. 20

- He would not tear down the down trodden but work to lift them up

- Reaching these people is not easy or comfortable
