Summary: A faith principal I learned setting under Kenneth E Hagin. You can have what you say

You can have what you say.... Healing 2016

Hebrews 12:9

Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we notmuch rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

The woman with the issue of blood

Or

The woman who touched him of his garment

You can read this same incidents

Luke 8:43 - 49 - about six vs. to tell the story

Matthew 9:20-23 --takes three vs. to tell it

Mark goes into more detail

That's why I like this account---better than the other two

Mark 5:25-26 (NKJV)

25 Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years,

26 and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse.

That's a very bad situation

Mark 5:27-34 (NKJV)

27 When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment.

28 For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well."

29 Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.

30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?"

31 But His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, Who touched Me?' "

32 And He looked around to see her who had done this thing.

33 But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.

34 And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."

If you remember

Jesus was on his way to Jairus's house

Jairus's came looking for Jesus

In the 1st part of this 5th chapter

Jesus crossed the Sea of Galilee he

, to the country of the Gerasenes.

That Gerasene demoniac met him

We sometimes call him... The madman of Gadara

After 2000 swine.. Ran off the cliff and drowned in the sea

The keepers went into the city Decapolis

And told what had happened

The people saw all that he wasn't demon-possessed

Clothed in his right mind.... And they were afraid

They begged to Jesus to leave that area

And Jesus got into the boat --the demon-possessed been begged to go with him

Then we read

Mark 5:19 (KJV)

19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.

They got into the boat.... Came back across the sea of Galilee

Mark 5:22-23 (KJV)

22 And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,

23 And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.

They were on their way to his house

When this woman touched him

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Mark 5:35-36 (NKJV)

35 While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue's house who said, "Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?"

36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."

Then we know... The daughter was raised up and healed

I want to read that are

He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."

Matthew chapter 9

Matthew is the only one who records these two blind men

Matthew and Mark didn't

But it happened in sequence

It happened as Jesus immediately left to go to Jairus's house

These two blind men followed him

They had just left Jairus's house

Matthew 9:27-29 (NKJV)

27 When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, "Son of David, have mercy on us!"

28 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you."

1. We have discussed the woman.... With the issue of blood

2. Jairus's daughter who was raised from the dead..... Then healed

3. Now these two blind men... That followed Jesus

In connection with all three of these incidents

Notice: the statement that was made

The woman who had the issue of blood ----Daughter, your faith has made you well.

He said to, Jairus---- "Do not be afraid; only believe."

It seemed like Jesus was teaching faith that day

He was strong on faith.... Was it the

The two blind men-----"According to your faith let it be to you."

So..... Faith is involved.... Isn't it.... Amen

Jesus is telling people.... Your faith... According to your faith

the best thing to do ---learning about faith

Is a Mark chapter 11

Jesus gives us.... A teaching on faith

Jesus said

Mark 11:22-24 (NKJV)

22 So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God.

23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Jesus is talking about faith

He is talking about faith.... In all four of these incidences

1. Woman with the issue of blood

2. Jairus's daughter

3. Two blind men

4. Then here in Mark 11

So... When he talked about faith.... He meant the same things

"Have faith in God. ---Greek scholars say--have the God kind of faith

I like to say... Have faith like God does

How does God have faith?

The 23rd verse will give you a description

The 23rd 23 ..... whoever shall say says .... And does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

How did God create the world's

Hebrews 11:3 (NKJV)

3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

God said it.... And there was

What he said came to pass... Because he believes what he said

believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

That is the kind of faith God had

Jesus said....."Have faith in God.

That means you can... He wouldn't tell you do something you couldn't do

1. Woman with the issue of blood

2. Two blind men

Did you notice Saying something ----and healing is involved ----they go hand in hand

Q: does what you saying have anything to do with your healing?

The woman with the issue of blood

She said.... If I could just touch his clothes

The two blind men

"Do you believe that I am able to do this?"

They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

Notice in Mark 5 verse 28 and 34

Mark 5:

28 For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well."

34 And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."

 What she said... Was her faith speaking

Notice what you're saying: is your faith speaking

 The two blind men what they said.... Was their faith speaking

Matthew 9:28

Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord."

29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you."

What they said.... Was their faith speaking

What you say.... Is your faith speaking

Notice: both of them received what they said

Go back to mark chapter 11

Mark 11:22-23

23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

Notice: saying and believing is hooked together in connection with healing

he will have whatever he says.

On these conditions

He believes in his heart

He believes on the word

You believe in your heart..... And you believe your words

That is the kind of faith that God had this

Jesus inns this lesson in Mark 11 saying -- he will have whatever he says.

Q: did the woman with the issue of blood have what she said?

A: she got exactly what she said

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

An old testament---scripture foundation---of the same thing

Numbers 13

Israel had been delivered from Egypt

They came up to the border of Canaan land called Kadesh Barnea

They said 12 spies into Canaan land -two spy out the land

Numbers 13:25-30 (NKJV)

25 And they returned from spying out the land after forty days.

26 Now they departed and came back to Moses and Aaron and all the congregation of the children of Israel in the Wilderness of Paran, at Kadesh; they brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land.

27 Then they told him, and said: "We went to the land where you sent us. It truly flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit.

28 Nevertheless the people who dwell in the land are strong; the cities are fortified and very large; moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there.

29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the South; the Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the mountains; and the Canaanites dwell by the sea and along the banks of the Jordan."

30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, "Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it."

Numbers 13:31-33 (NKJV)

31 But the men who had gone up with him said, "We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we."

32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report

Evil report

33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."

This is what Joshua said

Numbers 14:9-10 (NKJV)

9 Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them."

10 And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.

But these 2 scriptures together

Numbers 13:30

30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, "Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it."

Joshua said...

Numbers 14:9

9 Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them."

I want to remind you of the last part of that 23rd verse

Jesus said ...Mark 11:23...... he will have whatever he says.

The 10 spy said we can do it

Israel accepted the majority report

Joshua and Caleb said we can

Did you notice both of them got exactly what they said

The men of Israel wandered in the wilderness... They got what they said

Joshua and Caleb they got what they said too

You can have what you say

It has to be in line with what God says

You have to believe it in your heart.... And say it with your mouth

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

The woman with the issue of blood

Said

If I could just touch his clothes.... I will be healed

He healing is in line with God's word

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I like Caleb

They got over to the promise land

Caleb went to Joshua

Said give me this mountain

Joshua said... Are you able to take this mountain?

Caleb said ...I'm well able

He said I'm 85 years old

My natural strength has not abated

My eyesight is not dim

Have 85 he took the mountain

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

You can have what you say

Here we're giving examples

I love these.... Preached on them

Charles Spurgeon said... No one can preach a sermon good unless it's been preached 50 times

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

I love preaching about Joshua and Caleb

Get thrilled with the word of God.... That's when it works for you

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Matthew 4:4 (NKJV)

4 But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' "

Analyze what Jesus said

What bread.. Or food... Is to our physical body

The Word of God is to our spirits

Sometimes.... When you talk about your favorite food.... You get hungry

You have ate the same thing... Several times

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Turn to Samuel 17

You know the story

The Israelites are encamped on one side of the valley

The philistines encamped on the other side

They are at war

Then comes Goliath

He challenges the armory of Israel

He said.. If you defeat mean we will be your servants

But if I beat you will be our servants

The bible says the men of Israel was fearful

King Saul was even afraid.. Head and shoulders taller than all of the men of Israel

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Flavius Josephus---Jewish historian

 Tells us at one time a cubits was measured one length

 And a different time in history it was measured a different link

The bible tells how to tall Goliath was... In cubits

If you take Flavius Josephus---Jewish historian---word for it

If you would take the greater length.... He was 11.5 feet tall

If you take the lesser length.... He was 9' 11'

He could've been in a shorter than9' 11'

The bible says goliaths shield was so big he had someone carry it for him

David's father.... Sent David out to give provisions to his brothers

We have said in a pretty good

1 Samuel 17:24-26 (NKJV)

24 And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him and were dreadfully afraid.

25 So the men of Israel said, "Have you seen this man who has come up? Surely he has come up to defy Israel; and it shall be that the man who kills him the king will enrich with great riches, will give him his daughter, and give his father's house exemption from taxes in Israel."

26 Then David spoke

That means he said something

I want you to count how many times David said something

1 Samuel 17:26-28 (NKJV)

26 Then David spoke to the men who stood by him, saying, "What shall be done for the man who kills this Philistine and takes away the reproach from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?"

27 And the people answered him in this manner, saying, "So shall it be done for the man who kills him."

28 Now Eliab his oldest brother heard when he spoke to the men; .....

 Eliab was one of the men who ran from Goliath

.......and Eliab's anger was aroused against David, and he said, "Why did you come down here? And with whom have you left those few sheep in the wilderness? I know your pride and the insolence of your heart, for you have come down to see the battle."

1 Samuel 17:29-30 (NKJV)

29 And David said, "What have I done now? Is there not a cause?"

30 Then he turned from him toward another and said (#2) the same thing; and these people answered him as the first ones did.

1 Samuel 17:31-37 (NKJV)

31 Now when the words which David spoke were heard, they reported them to Saul; and he sent for him.

32 Then David said to Saul, "Let no man's heart fail because of him; your servant will go and fight with this Philistine."

33 And Saul said to David, "You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him; for you are a youth, and he a man of war from his youth."

34 But David said to Saul, "Your servant used to keep his father's sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock,

35 I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it.

36 Your servant has killed both lion and bear;

Someone would say

David is trying to bring attention to 'em self

Telling what he did

36 Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God."

37 Moreover David said, "The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine." And Saul said to David, "Go, and the LORD be with you!"

Saul try to put his armor on David

David took his shepherds spoke... His slain.. Five stones

When Goliath Saul him

1 Samuel 17:41-45 (NKJV)

41 So the Philistine came, and began drawing near to David, and the man who bore the shield went before him.

42 And when the Philistine looked about and saw David, he disdained him; for he was only a youth, ruddy and good-looking.

43 So the Philistine said to David, "Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks?" And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.

44 And the Philistine said to David, "Come to me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the air and the beasts of the field!"

45 Then David said to the Philistine, "You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

1 Samuel 17:46-48 (NKJV)

46 This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.

47 Then all this assembly shall know that the LORD does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the LORD'S, and He will give you into our hands."

48 So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hastened and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine.

What did David get

He got exactly what he said

This go back to that original text

In connection with healing

Mark 5:28 (NKJV)

28 For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well."

Mark 5:34 (NKJV)

34 And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."

If you're not satisfied with what you have

Stop believing what you are believing

Stop saying what you are saying

Start believing what you want created

And start saying what you believe in your heart.... It will be done for you

What she said was her faith speaking

What you say is your faith speaking
