VIII. MAIN BODY:

Colossians 3:16 (Amplified Bible)

Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts.

Colossians 3:16 (New King James Version)

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

A. WORD of CHRIST have it's home in my heart and mind in all richness.

"Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness,"

John 5:39-40 (Amplified Bible)

You search and investigate and pore over the Scriptures diligently, because you suppose and trust that you have eternal life through them. And these [very Scriptures] testify about Me!

And still you are not willing [but refuse] to come to Me, so that you might have life.

2 Timothy 3:15 (Amplified Bible)

And how from your childhood you have had a knowledge of and been acquainted with the sacred Writings, which are able to instruct you and give you the understanding for salvation which comes through faith in Christ Jesus [through the leaning of the entire human personality on God in Christ Jesus in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness].

Hebrews 4:12-13 (Amplified Bible)

For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.

1 Peter 1:11-12 (Amplified Bible)

They sought [to find out] to whom or when this was to come which the Spirit of Christ working within them was indicating when He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories that should follow [them].

It was then disclosed to them that the services they were rendering were not meant for themselves and their period of time, but for you. [It is these very] things which have now already been made known plainly to you by those who preached the good news (the Gospel) to you by the [same] Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Into these things [the very] angels long to look!

The Hebrew word used for the WORD here is "logos" meaning Divine Expression, the LORD JESUS CHRIST in the Scriptures not yet revealed, the written WORD as opposed to "rhema" which is the Revealed WORD. It only means that from now and then, we have to memorize a lot of scriptures (bible verses) from time to time to accomplish this. Memorize scriptures in categories, for example, if we need healing, memorize healing scriptures such as Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24, Exodus 15:26 and so on and so forth, and learn to quote them from memory from time to time, in such a way that we are embedding GOD'S WORDS in our hearts. Our memory are not as good as as the LORD's obviously for we are only His creatures but frequently calling out these verses in categories will help us retain them in our hearts and minds. That's why the WORD OF GOD need to occupy a huge portion of our hearts and minds richly, make it the center of our mind and heart.

2 John 1:2 (Amplified Bible)

Because of the Truth which lives and stays on in our hearts and will be with us forever:

Psalms 119:11 (Amplified Bible)

Your word have I laid up in my heart, that I might not sin against You.

Jeremiah 15:16 (Amplified Bible)

Your words were found, and I ate them; and Your words were to me a joy and the rejoicing of my heart, for I am called by Your name, O Lord God of hosts.

Consume GOD'S WORDS as you consume your daily physical food for strength and nourishment because we simply need to depend on it a lot of times in all areas of our lives.

B. Teach, admonish and train one another in spiritual songs making melody to GOD in my heart.

"as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts"

We ought to teach one another by GOD'S WORDS:

Romans 15:14 (Amplified Bible)

Personally I am satisfied about you, my brethren, that you yourselves are rich in goodness, amply filled with all [spiritual] knowledge and competent to admonish and counsel and instruct one another also.

1 Thessalonians 4:18 (Amplified Bible)

Therefore comfort and encourage one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 5:11-12 (Amplified Bible)

Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing.

Now also we beseech you, brethren, get to know those who labor among you [recognize them for what they are, acknowledge and appreciate and respect them all]—your leaders who are over you in the Lord and those who warn and kindly reprove and exhort you.

Admonishing is when we remind our brethren in the LORD, to put in their minds, to caution or reprove gently by and through His WORDS alone. That's why we all go through these trials and temptations so we ourselves know what bible verse made us victorious in these things. The LORD JESUS CHRIST is training us in His WORDS. You can't say you're strong if you have not experienced trials and temptations and came out victorious because of GOD'S WORDS.

Supernatural or spiritual songs, are simply WORDS given melody, or sung. That's why another one said, singing gospel songs or worship songs is twice praying, you accomplish twice as much, and you have double anointing and double power, it's because songs are embedded in our minds and hearts because of the notes, melody and rhythm of it. It would help a lot if we know a lot of worship songs that we can sing from the heart and mind when we're all alone so we can glorify GOD in our hearts with all these songs. Songs that are scripture verses are very nice to sing, it reminds us of GOD'S love, GOD's Victory in us which is CHRIST JESUS our LORD.

Psalms 28:7 (Amplified Bible)

The Lord is my Strength and my [impenetrable] Shield; my heart trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him.

Psalms 30:11-12 (Amplified Bible)

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,

To the end that my tongue and my heart and everything glorious within me may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

Psalms 47:6-7 (Amplified Bible)

Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!

For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises in a skillful psalm and with understanding.

Psalms 63:4-6 (Amplified Bible)

So will I bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.

My whole being shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips

When I remember You upon my bed and meditate on You in the night watches.

1 Corinthians 14:15 (Amplified Bible)

Then what am I to do? I will pray with my spirit [by the Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will also pray [intelligently] with my mind and understanding; I will sing with my spirit [by the Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will sing [intelligently] with my mind and understanding also.

I teach myself GOD'S WORDS. How? By singing by myself, praying in tongues and singing in tongues, making sure that I have read, memorized and meditated GOD'S WORDS. I spend like 30 minutes a day praying in tongues. I accomplish it by playing a background music which plays for 30 minutes, I have one that plays within 15 minutes and more, and I play it all over again, praying and singing in tongues in unison with the background music that I call background worship

IX. CONCLUSION:

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for Your WORDS are dwelling in my heart and mind richly so that You can teach, admonish and train one another in all insight, intelligence and wisdom, psalms, and spiritual songs making melody to GOD with Grace in my heart.
