Summary: In most of the Nations the old and the young people all know that Jesus rose, but how does that apply to our lives?.

When Jesus appeared to me after a long time of asking Him to appear to me, If He was real. And one glorious day I suddenly saw Him standing in front of me!. And I saw myself coming out of my body and walking with Him. He was in a very bright light and all around Him was only light. He was in front of me in a white robe and when I looked at myself I was also in white and was walking behind Him.

I was walking with Jesus Christ and loved His presence. His beauty cannot be compared with what we see in the pictures. He is indeed an awesome looking God and in His presence there was only love, peace and joy of been there with Him.

Matthew 17: 1 - 3

Jesus Transfigured on the Mount

Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him.

The Transfiguration in the amplified version.

Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John the brother of James, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. And His appearance changed dramatically in their presence; and His face shone [with heavenly glory, clear and bright] like the sun, and His clothing became as white as light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Jesus.

This says it all!

And this is exactly how I saw Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

We were walking together and He was talking to me. His voice was very soft spoken and I could hear everything that He was saying. Remember that I was behind Him but I could hear Him clearly not seeing His mouth moving, Jesus said to me some things and gave me a powerful commission for His kingdom.

Sincerely on seeing Jesus I had no desire to come back here to earth, but He said to me that it was not my time to come home yet and sent me back.

The truth about Jesus is real and He actually came here on earth to set us free. The love that God has for us is phenomenal and His love is real. we love but no as God loves us. Our love is a mankind's love but His love is a supernatural love that has no condition attached to it.

This love of God made Him send His Only Begotten Son here on earth so that we can be called children of God as we were from the beginning of time.

For this very purpose Jesus came to show us the right way back to His Father. And this is why Jesus in John 14: 6 is called:

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Jesus is saying to us that He alone is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

There is no other God that has died for mankind except Jesus and after He was crucified, on the very third day He rose in victory. He had to go through all the torture so that we His children can be set free from our place of captivity and because of the love of God, He will not force any of His children to believe in Him. He desires us to come to Him just as we are with all our short coming.

Scriptures on coming to Him

Romans 5:8

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Matthew 11:28 - 30

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Revelation 22:17

And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

Isaiah 1:18

“Come now, and let us reason together,”

Says the Lord,

“Though your sins are like scarlet,

They shall be as white as snow;

Though they are red like crimson,

They shall be as wool.

Romans 10:13

For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Joel 2:32

And it shall come to pass

That whoever calls on the name of the Lord

Shall be saved.

For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance,

As the Lord has said,

Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

Hebrews 4: 16

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

The coming of Jesus was pre - ordained by His Father and everything was according to the plan of God, in helping us to know Him as God and to have a relationship with Him as our Father. The coming and death of Jesus was not to condemn us but to bring us to a place of us knowing that He is alive and wants us to believe in Him as Jesus the Son of God.

Matthew 1: 18 - 23

Christ Born of Mary

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.

In this passage we can see that two things happened when Jesus came

The first is that He came to save us from our sins and He is called Immanuel which means God with us. And in reading the scriptures when Jesus was here, He said that He came to save the sinners and showed us that He was God Himself who came to be with us. Jesus was God but He was also the Son of God - Matthew 3: 17 and Luke 3:22. Also the Son of man - Matthew 18:11 and Mark 10: 35 - 45.

Jesus was in the grave for three days and scripture says that he had to go down to hell to defeat Satan the Devil , before He finally rose from the dead on the third day

1 Peter 3: 18 - 20

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison, who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

Ephesians 4: 8 - 10

Therefore He says:

“When He ascended on high,

He led captivity captive,

And gave gifts to men.”

(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

Matthew 12:40

For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

John 3:13

No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.

Jesus's resurrection was not a counterfeit and He actually rose on that third day to bring us back to the Father. We are not to be like the children of Israelites who did not believe and because of their unbelief they did not make the promised land!

Numbers 14: 1 - 35

So all the congregation lifted up their voices and cried, and the people wept that night. And all the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation said to them, “If only we had died in the land of Egypt! Or if only we had died in this wilderness! Why has the Lord brought us to this land to fall by the sword, that our wives and children should become victims? Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?” So they said to one another, “Let us select a leader and return to Egypt.”

Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.

But Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes; and they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying: “The land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them.”

And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now the glory of the Lord appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.

Moses Intercedes for the People

Then the Lord said to Moses: “How long will these people reject[d] Me? And how long will they not believe Me, with all the [e]signs which I have performed among them? I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they.”

And Moses said to the Lord: “Then the Egyptians will hear it, for by Your might You brought these people up from among them, and they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that You, Lord, are among these people; that You, Lord, are seen face to face and Your cloud stands above them, and You go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night. Now if You kill these people as one man, then the nations which have heard of Your fame will speak, saying, ‘Because the Lord was not able to bring this people to the land which He swore to give them, therefore He killed them in the wilderness.’ And now, I pray, let the power of my Lord be great, just as You have spoken, saying, ‘The Lord is longsuffering and abundant in mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He by no means clears the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation.’ Pardon the iniquity of this people, I pray, according to the greatness of Your mercy, just as You have forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.”

Then the Lord said: “I have pardoned, according to your word; but truly, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord— because all these men who have seen My glory and the signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have put Me to the test now these ten times, and have not heeded My voice, they certainly shall not see the land of which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who rejected Me see it. But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it. Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwell in the valley; tomorrow turn and move out into the wilderness by the Way of the Red Sea.”

Death Sentence on the Rebels

And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, “How long shall I bear with this evil congregation who complain against Me? I have heard the complaints which the children of Israel make against Me. Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will do to you: The carcasses of you who have complained against Me shall fall in this wilderness, all of you who were numbered, according to your entire number, from twenty years old and above. Except for Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun, you shall by no means enter the land which I swore I would make you dwell in. But your little ones, whom you said would be victims, I will bring in, and they shall know the land which you have despised. But as for you, your carcasses shall fall in this wilderness. And your sons shall be shepherds in the wilderness forty years, and bear the brunt of your infidelity, until your carcasses are consumed in the wilderness. According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, for each day you shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty years, and you shall know My rejection. I the Lord have spoken this. I will surely do so to all this evil congregation who are gathered together against Me. In this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.’

Jesus wants us to believe that He is truly the Saviour of the world and that He rose but He is now alive forever - Revelation 1:18

This simply means that as we choose to believe in Him, He will be who we want Him to be in our lives. Jesus paid the ransom price for our freedom and the Bible says he whom the Son sets free is free indeed - John 8:36. We cannot remain in the state we were before He came for us. since is coming the Devil knows for certain that we are loved by God and that we are no more in his camp, because of what Jesus did we have been set free from the hands of the enemy, but unfortunately so many do not know this or they simply choose not to believe. And Satan knows the truth but does not want us to know the truth.

The word says that He as put a veil on many so that their eyes will not be opened - 2 Corinthians 3:14. In knowing Jesus the veil will be removed from us and the knowledge of Jesus will be known to us His children.

Jesus came to give us life in abundance - John 10:10. In Jesus we have life and in Him we can continue to be set free from the plan of Satan who only comes to steal, kill, and destroy - John 10: 10.

In Christ we have everything we need to live a godly life - 2 Peter 1:3

The resurrection of Jesus was not for Him but for us who were lost when Adam and Eve fell. But God in His mercy had a glorious plan and sent Jesus to help us back to Him. Jesus could not be bound in that grave, the Bible records that death could not hold Him down - Acts 2:24. It was not possible for He rose on that day for us all.

The resurrection of Jesus is not an ordinary one and we can partake of all the promises He gave to us in His word. There are so many promises in the Bible that we can hold onto as His children and enjoying the benefits of His resurrection.

Revelation 3: 7 - 13

The Faithful Church

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write,

‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”: “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

The door to the kingdom is open for us to go in and partake of His resurrection power.

Remain blessed.
