Summary: Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Christ died for the sins of all the ungodly including us.
1. Christ died for the UNGODLY
Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Christ died for the sins of all the ungodly including us.
2. Christ died for US
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
3. Christ died for our SINS
1 Corinthians 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4. Christ died for ALL.
2 Corinthians 5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
5. CHRIST is the creator of the WORLD
John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
6. Christ takes away the Sin of the World
John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
7. Christ is the Saviour of the world.
John 4:42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.
8. Christ gives life to the world.
John 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven and giveth life unto the world.
9. Christ is the Light of the world
John 9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
John 12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
10. Christ is the Image of God
2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is THE IMAGE OF GOD, should shine unto them.
11. Christ is the Image of the Invisible God
Colossians 1:15 Who is THE IMAGE OF THE INVISIBLE GOD, the firstborn of every creature:
12. Christ Expresses his Image of HIS PERSON.
Hebrews 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and THE EXPRESS IMAGE OF HIS PERSON, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
13. Christ has all the Authority.
Acts 10:38: God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and with power.
14. Christ is the Creator of all things.
Colossians1:25-17: He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.
15. Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.
John14:6: I am the way, the truth, and the life.
16. Whom Did Christ appear?
*Christ was seen by more than 500 people acc to, in 1 Cor. 15:3–8.
*Jesus appeared to the Apostles, who felt his hands and feet in Luke 24:36–43 , John 20:19–20).
*When Jesus rose, he appeared first to Mary, in Mark 16:9 (John 20:11–18).
*Jesus walked and talked with two of the disciples on the road to Emmaus, in Luke 24:13–34.
*Jesus appeared to Thomas in John 20:24–29.
*Jesus appeared to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias, in John 21:1–14.
*Jesus ministered for forty days after his resurrection, in Acts 1:2–3.
*Stephen saw Jesus standing on the right hand of God, in Acts 7:55–56.
*Jesus appeared to Saul, in Acts 9:1–8 , Acts 26:9–17).
17. Christs Preexistence in Old Testament.
*In the beginning, the Word was with God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us in John 1:1, 14,1 Jn. 1:1–3).
*Before Abraham was, I am in John 8:58.
*Glorify thou me with the glory which I had with thee before the world was, in John 17:5.
*Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: 'I am the First and I am the Last in (Isaiah 44:6).
*Christ was before the world began, in (John 6:62).
*And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. John 17:3
*Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.
