1. You will understand the fear of the Lord (2:5)

2. You will be kept from the way of evil (2:12)

3. You will be delivered from the strange woman/man (2:16, 6:24, 7:5)

4. You will walk in the way of good men (2:20)

5. You will find favor and good understanding with God (3:4)

6. You will find favor and good understanding with men (3:4)

7. You will be given life unto your soul (3:22)

9. You will be without fear and have sweet sleep (3:24)

Three Steps to Biblical Meditation
1. Memorize the Word of God (Psalm 119:11)

2. Visualize/Personalize/Put yourself in passage w/personal pronouns (Proverbs 2:3-5)

3. Harmonize/Heart Melody/New Song (Psalm 119:54; Colossians 3:16; Ephesians 5:19)
