Summary: Proverbs 6:16-19 Speaks about some things that God hates, and often Satan tries to infiltrate the Church with them.

THE CHURCH THAT GOD HATES

Proverbs 6:16-19 "These six things does the Lord hate. Yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that devises wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brethren.

We know according to the word of God that he loves us all. Proverbs 6:16-19 speaks about what God hates. Often these things infiltrate the Church. And without heavenly intervention, the Holy Spirit can not move. With these things in our midst there cannot be a last day revival of the Spirit of God. I believe the Holy Spirit is a gentleman, and he will not be in the midst of confusion and discord.

As church members do we really please God? Are we doing our best to be a blessing? Is our church on fire with the Holy Spirit or is it on fire with gossip and desructive behavior? Are we helping our pastor with the vision that God has given him or are we a hindrance? Are we soul winners? Prayer warriors? Are we helping to make sure some never want to darken the doors of the church because of the life we live?
