The Hand of the Lord
Intro: This phrase is a metaphor speaking of God’s might or power.God’s hand is revealed in two ways.
1) judgment, and
2) blessing.
What evidence do we have that God’s power is at work in our lives? It can be revealed in many ways but here are some clues:
1. There will be regeneration. (v.21)
2. There will be cooperation. (vv. 22-26)
3. There will be separation. (v.26)
4. There will be revelation. (vv. 27-28)
5. There will be appropriation. (vv.29-30)
Conclusion: Do you want God’s “hand” to be upon you? Do you want to God bless you or to judge you? Will you receive His blessing today?
