Summary: A simple message you can build upon. I trust it will bless you and your congregation.

The latter part of this verse declares by the Word of God Himself that "there is no savior beside Me."

With that being said, and knowing that we cannot know God but by revelation, these words imply certain things about the character of our God

The Word of God often repeats certain truths to reinforce what God wants us to know about Himself.

"There is one God; and there is none other but he."

"I am the Lord, and there is none else: there is no god beside me." "thou shalt have none other gods but me." "Is there a god beside me? Yea, there is no god; I know not any." "I am the lord, that is My name; and my glory will I not give to another; neither my praise to any graven images."

There Is No Savior Beside My Savior

(1) My Savior Is A Powerful Savior

(A) He has proved this by the nature of our redemption.

(a) There is no sin that can keep us from His grace

(Heb. 7:25) "Wherefore He is able to save from the uttermost that come unto God by Him"

(b) No devil or demonic power that can baffle His abilities.

(2) My Savior Is A Constant Savior

(a) God said, "I am the Lord thy God from Egypt."

The next verse tells us "I did know thee in the wilderness."

(b) He is present WITH US in every time of need.

(Psalms 46:1) "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

The word ’Present’ used here come from the Hebrew--’maw-tsaw’," meaning to appear or to exist, to find or aquire, to be present, to be able, to deliver, and to be enough." PRAISE GOD My SAVIOR IS MORE THAN ENOUGH!

(3) My Savior Is The Only Savior

(A) No man made god could do for Israel what God could do.

(B) No other god can save us from our sins.

(C) No other god can deliver us from the enemy of our souls.

(D) No other god can take our hard hearts and make them new.

(E) There is salvation in none other than Him, "For there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
