Proverbs 6:12 (Amplified Bible)

A worthless person, a wicked man, is he who goes about with a perverse (contrary, wayward) mouth.

Proverbs 6:12 (Amplified Bible)

A worthless person, a wicked man, is he who goes about with a perverse (contrary, wayward) mouth.

Proverbs 6:12 (King James Version)

A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.

A. A wicked man is a worthless person

"A worthless person, a wicked man,"

Worthless, naughty or "belyaal" in Hebrew means:

1. without profit, worthlessness

2. destruction

3. Belial, evil, naughty, ungodly (men)

Wicked or "aven" in Hebrew meaning:

1. to pant

2. to exert oneself

3. to come to naught (nothing)

4. strictly nothingness; also trouble, vanity

5. specifically an idol: - affliction, evil, false, idol, iniquity, mischief, mourners (-ing), naught, sorrow, unjust, unrighteous, vain

James 1:21 (Amplified Bible)

So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls.

We are all wicked or nothing in GOD's sight before without GOD, now GOD made us kings and princes in His sight.

John 15:5 (Amplified Bible)

A wicked person is someone who has not known GOD or rejecting the knowledge of the LORD JESUS in his life. A wicked person is a person who masters in the art of nothingness.

Proverbs 11:6 (Amplified Bible)

The righteousness of the upright [their rectitude in every area and relation] shall deliver them, but the treacherous shall be taken in their own iniquity and greedy desire.

Proverbs 17:4 (Amplified Bible)

An evildoer gives heed to wicked lips; and a liar listens to a mischievous tongue.

Jeremiah 24:2 (Amplified Bible)

One basket had very good figs, like the figs that are first ripe; but the other basket had very bad figs, so bad that they could not be eaten.
