Text: Revelation 21:5-8 (King James Version)

"And He that sat upon the Throne said, ’Behold I make all things new.’ And He said unto me, ’Write: for these Words are True and Faithful.’ (v. 6) And He said unto me, ’It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the Water of Life freely. (v. 7) He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be My son. (v. 8) But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

Topic: "Who’s Who In Hell!"

There are many "Who’s Who" books in publication detailing the lives of people who stand out in certain areas of life. The Holy Bible - the written Word of Almighty God - has a "Who’s Who in Hell" section. Contrary to all the other "Who’s Who" books in publication, this is one "Who’s Who" that I would not want to be listed in!

Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary defines the word "Hell" as: "the nether realm of the devil and the demons in which the damned suffer everlasting punishment." The late great African-American Baptist clergyman, civil rights leader, and martyr, Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929 - 1968), once said; and, I quote: "The hottest place in Hell is reserved for those who remain neutral in times of great moral conflict." The great American evangelist, William Franklin "Billy" Graham (Born: 1918) once said; and, I quote: "If we had more hell in the pulpit, we would have less hell in the pew." Hell is a prepared place for unprepared people!

Many individuals misunderstand Almighty God’s nature! He does not send people to Hell - the people send themselves there! Jesus, the Christ, said that a place of everlasting fire awaits Satan and his angels at the end of the age. In Matthew 18:14 (NLT), the Disciple/Apostle Matthew, records Jesus, the Christ, Himself, saying: "In the same way, it is not My Heavenly Father’s Will that even one of these little ones should perish." In Matthew 25:41 (NLT), we find Jesus, the Christ, Himself, saying: "Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ’Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his demons."

The Prophet Isaiah, in Isaiah 5:14 (KJV), tells us: "Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it."

Let’s see who made the "Who’s Who in Hell" list, shall we? There are the cowards - the fearful individuals - those timid folks who are afraid to act, the faithless individuals! The Apostle Paul tells his young preacher, Timothy, in 2 Timothy 1:7 (NLT): "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline."

There are the unbelieving individuals - those who refuse to believe - those who are infidels, heathens, atheists, those who reject faith. Understand that everyone believes something - all are presented the evidence - either we accept the evidence or we reject the evidence! Those who accept Almighty God’s Plan of Salvation
