Yes Lord

(15)

Sermon shared by Christian Frazier

January 2008
Summary: All GOD is looking from us is a Yes. Not a maybe, not I will think about it or pray about it but a solid yes to your will and yes to your way.
Denomination: Baptist
Audience: Seeker adults
You may not be blind but there is something that you need the master to do. Jesus is speaking to you right now. Jesus is asking you a question.

Do you believe that I am able to do this?

Do you believe that I am able to get your house out of foreclosure?

Do you believe that I am able to pay your light bill?

Do you believe that I am able to provide you with a new job?

Do you believe that I am able to heal your body?

Do you believe that I am able to deliver you from your struggles?

Do you believe that I am able to set you free from your addictions?

Do you believe that I am able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all you can ask or think?

Do you believe that there is nothing too hard for GOD?

Do you believe that you can do all thing through Christ?

Do you believe that no weapon formed against you shall prosper?

Do you believe that GOD is going to make your enemies your footstool?

Do you believe that GOD is going to make you the head and not the tail?

Do you believe that GOD is going to make you the lender and not the borrower?

Often when Jesus performed miracles it was their faith that made the people whole.

So if you can do like the blind men and just say “Yes Lord”

If you can get a “Yes, Lord” in your spirit

“Yes, Lord” in your heart

“Yes, Lord” in your mind

Can you shout a “Yes, Lord” from your belly

Can you shout “Yes, Lord” and really mean it.

Not just “Yes, Lord I believe” but a Yes to your will and yes to your way.

Yes, I will do what you have asked of me

Yes, I will do what you have called me to do

Yes, Lord….I am tired of doing things my way and I want to do it your way.

Yes, I believe that all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Yes, Lord, I believe in a miracle, I can expect the impossible.

Yes, Lord I believe that I can speak to my mountains and they will be cast into the sea.

Yes, Lord I believe that the weapons will form but they won’t prosper, they won’t work.

Yes, Lord, I know that I have to give up some relationships.

Yes, Lord, I know that I have to die daily to my sins.

Yes, Lord, I believe that you can give me peace in my home,
Peace on my job, peace in my mind, peace that passeth all understanding.

Yes, Lord I believe in your favor and it’s my time, it’s time for a harvest because I have been sowing seeds.

Even when I feel like giving up and when I feel like letting go, I am not going to be weary in well doing, for in due season, I shall reap, if I faint not.

Yes, Lord...I believe that I am blessed in the city, blessed in the field…blessed when I come and blessed when I go.

Yes, Lord…I am not going to listen to the street committee but I will….believe in the report of the Lord…..

Yes, Lord…..Yes, Lord……Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes……..
