Making life count
Luke 9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
How do we make our life count?
Every persons life will count for something.
It could be counted BAD are it can be counted GOOD.
In the end it will count on e way are another.
Would you like for your life to count for God ?
Here are some people whose lives counted .
**1. Noah’s life did -----
Only righteous man in a sinful world.
Worker for the lord for 120 years to build the ark the end of his life counted for God.
**2. Abraham’s life did----
He waited a 100 years for a son.
Was willing to give him up for the Lord.
Through his obedience, look how his life counted.
**3. Moses life did ------
Couldn’t speak like other men.
But he was obedient, did as God had ask him.
He became the greatest leader to God’s people.
**4.David’s life did -----
One little Shepherd boy , one of seven.
Later became Israel’s greatest leader.
Leading God’s people.
**5. How can we make our lives count ?
Let go of our self look to him.
Follow him with heart mind and soul.
Resist temptation.
Redeem our time.
How will it be at the end will you count for our Lord are will you have wasted your whole life on things that did not count.
