1. Be Organized

Eph.4:14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

a. Disorganized people make disorganized churches.

b. They are frustrated and unfruitful

c. Direction is found in organization

d. Aim at progress needed

e. New methods are needed

2.Be Obedient

Acts26: 19Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

a. Many fail because of disobedience

b. Their way not Gods way

c. Obedience gains favor of God.

d. When God has 1st place we succeed.

Eph .6:6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

3. Be Obliging

Eph.4:32And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

a. Members who are cold and unfriendly make others fill rejected.

b. This contributes to failing churches

c. Stubborn ways cause failing churches

d. No it all people make churches fail.

4.Be Optimistic

Eph. 5: 20Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

a. Discouraged and Disheartened workers distract the church image.

b. Discourage people from attendance

c. We should be friendly , kind and helpful

d. Joy and enthusiasm stimulate growth.

Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

People are seeking happiness and will go where it is found.

5. Be Occupied

2nd Cor. 6:1We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

a. Faith without works is dead

b. Nonworking churches are dying

c. Nonworking churches are closed

d. No work no pay

Growing churches are glowing and growing with God they help needed visit the sick and witness to the lost.
