Introduction
This morning as we continue our messages in Romans we will shall use different scriptures though out the book of Romans
We will start in the third chapter of Romans, which shall be the first point for this message.
The title of the message this morning is “The Seven C’s of Salvation.”
Prayer
As we look at “The Seven C’s of Salvation” let us turn in our Bibles to verse 3 of the third chapter of Romans.
1. The Curse of Sin
“There is none righteous, no not one” Romans 3:10

An old preacher was dying. He sent a message for his Doctor and his Lawyer, both church members, to come to his home. When they arrived, they were ushered up to his bedroom.
As they entered the room, the preacher held out his hands and motioned for them to sit on each side of the bed. The preacher grasped their hands, sighed contentedly, smiled and stared at the ceiling.
For a time, no one said anything. Both the doctor and lawyer were touched and flattered that the old preacher would ask them to be with him during his final moment.
They were also puzzled; the preacher had never given them any indication that he particularly liked either of them. They both remembered his many long, uncomfortable sermons about greed; covetousness and their avaricious behavior that made them squirm in their seats.
Finally, the doctor said, ‘Preacher, why did you ask the two of us to come?’
The old preacher mustered up some strength, and then said weakly, ‘Jesus died between two thieves and that’s how I want to go too.’
“The Curse of Sin” is stated “There is none righteous, no not one” Romans 3:10.
Today we are going to take a tough look at ourselves the way God truly sees us.
As I read our from our scripture reference, I want you to see yourself here.
Do not think about your neighbor or your boss or any other person.
Notice how the words “all,” “none,” and “no one.”
Do you see yourself in any of these words?
What can we say then, are we any better?
Not at all!
For we have been previously charged, that both Jews and Gentiles are all under sin, “as it is written: There is no one righteous, not even one;”
When we make bad remarks about someone, are we not sinning?
When we dwell on evil thoughts, are we not sinning?
