Summary: There are things that come into our lives for the sole purpose of bringing glory to God. We must by faith and trust believe God will take care of it and when we do that we "UNCOVER OUR MIRACLE"

UNCOVER YOUR MIRACLE

John 11:1-6

1 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.

2 (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)

3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.

4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.

6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.

(KJV)

FAITHFUL INSTRUCTIONS

There was a man who got lost in the desert. After wandering around for a long time his throat became very dry, about that time he saw a little shack in the distance.

He made his way over to the shack and found a water pump with a small jug of water and a note.

The note read: "pour all the water into the top of the pump to prime it, if you do this you will get all the water you need". Now the man had a choice to make, if he trusted the note and poured the water in and it worked he would have all the water he needed. If it didn’t work he would still be thirsty and he might die. Or he could choose to drink the water in the jug and get immediate satisfaction, but it might not be enough and he still might die. After thinking about it the man decided to risk it. He poured the entire jug into the pump and began to work the handle, at first nothing happened and he got a little scared but he kept going and water started coming out. So much water came out he drank all he wanted, took a shower, and filled all the containers he could find. Because he was willing to give up momentary satisfaction, he got all the water he needed. Now the note also said: after you have finished, please refill the jug for the next traveller.” The man refilled the jug and added to the note: “Please prime the pump, believe me it works”!

For future reference a good scripture to consider is: John 1:1-11:1

The story is told of a man who was a tight rope walker for the circus, and part of his demonstration was that the first step was to come out, bow to the crowd then climb the tower that was at the end of the rope of which he was going to walk. Then he would proceed to walk across the rope to the other side which was approx. 50 feet across. That in itself impressed the crowd, but the man wanted to go even farther with his ability so he brought out a wheel barrel and not only walked across the rope but, to the crowds amazement proceeded to push the wheel barrel across the rope also. After doing this a few times he asked for a volunteer to sit in the wheel barrel as he pushed it across the rope. But even after seeing him successfully push the wheel barrel across the rope several times, he couldn’t get anyone to become a passenger in his wheel barrel. Would you take a ride in his wheel barrel?

What if that man was Jesus? What if that man was your husband? Your wife, etc…

John 9:1-3

1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest (this is trust ;) (Parenthesis mine) in him. (KJV)

*** Some people in the bible were sick or struck with an impairment only because God wants to perform a miracle, so what happens if we don’t see that miracle happen?

*** If this was so in the bible, where is our uncovered miracle? You are blind to it!

*** The thing that is in our life only to exercise our faith and trust.

*** “I mean, it’s only there so you will believe God to reveal a miracle!” (Restore your sight)

Note: I CAN USE THE BELOW DEF. OF BLINDNESS TO ILLUSTRATE THE THING THAT IS HID, OR THE REASON THE MIRACLE IS NOT SEEN.

Science Dictionary

blindness (blīnd'nĭs)

A lack or impairment of vision in which maximal visual acuity after correction by refractive lenses is one-tenth normal vision or less in the better eye. Blindness can be genetic but is usually acquired as a result of injury, cataracts, or diseases such as glaucoma or diabetes. In Asia and Africa, trachoma is a common infectious cause of blindness.

NOTE: So from the def. we deduct that if we are seeing one tenth less than normal vision, (vision God has ordained,) after the refractive lenses (declared word of God ) which may be simply because of the lack of application of the word( put on your glasses), then we have acquired blindness.

And that can stem from, being passed from one generation to another, result of injury, staring too intently at the wrong things with the wrong glare ( at circumstances, at people, at natural sources, etc…), or diseases a disorder of carbohydrate metabolism, usually occurring in genetically predisposed individuals, characterized by inadequate production or utilization of insulin and resulting in excessive amounts of glucose in the blood (too much sugar in your blood)

glaucoma(A disease of the eye marked by increased fluid pressure in the eyeball. Glaucoma can damage the optic nerve and may result in blindness if not treated. Surgery may be required for severe cases.)

*** Are you ready for God to reveal to you, that the reason that issue is in your life is so He can create a miracle and make you whole?

*** Maintaining a vision requires adherence to a set of core beliefs and behaviors.

*** God is using your circumstances to position and prepare you to accomplish His vision for your life.
