Summary: Don't quit on the edge of your miracle, on more step can put you in the middle of your promised blessing

You are about to enter into the greatest season of your life. God is about to move in your family, business, church, finances and in your own personal life in a greater way than you have ever experienced in the past.

You probably already know what I am sharing with you. Many of God’s people today recognize they are about to experience a change. They know that something big and powerful is about to happen, they just do not know when, they just know it is close.

I came to tell you that you are closer to your breakthrough than you think! You are closer to your breakthrough than you have ever been before! You are closer to your miracle than you even realize.

I am not talking about God going to change things for you years down the road. I am not talking about your miracle or breakthrough coming some time far off in the future.

No, you are on the edge of your miracle, you are on the edge of your breakthrough right now! In fact, it may be just days away, or even hours away!

For some people this may be the very day that you experience the miracle or breakthrough that you have been praying and believing for!

The truth is you may not under-stand everything that is going on in your life at the present time, but you still believe you are on the verge of a change. In spite of the fact, that hell is hitting you hard. In spite of the fact, that you are going through the greatest trial of your life, you still believe your change is coming. You still believe your promise is about to come to pass, that your dream is about to become a reality.

While you may not have any evidence that a change is about to take place, you have confidence that “He is a on time God.” In spite of the fact, that in the natural, nothing seems to be changing. You still believe, “If God said it He will do it and if God spoke it He will bring it to pass!”

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

Numbers 23:19

In spite of the fact, that nothing seems to be changing. In spite of the fact, that everything looks like it always has. The truth is, you know a change is coming because you have a Promise.

If all you have is a promise I have good news for you, “A promise is all you need!” Yes, I said, “A promise is all you need!”

All Abraham had was a promise and Isaac was born when he was a hundred years old and his wife Sarah was ninety!

With nothing but a promise Moses led the children of Israel out of bondage. All Joseph had was a promise, but that promise brought him out of the pit, out of the prison, and finally into the palace.

When Jesus died on the cross, the only reason He knew after three days He would rise again was because He had a promise. Yes, He had a promise from His Father. His Father told Him you will rise again after three days.

For over three years, Jesus told everyone, I will die but I will rise again. He told them He would rise again because He had a promise. He died with a promise. He was placed in the tomb with a promise, but three days later He walked out of the grave with the keys of death, hell and the grave because of a promise.

“I am he that liveth, and was dead;

and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

Revelation 1:18

Because you have a promise you know things will not remain the same. Because of your promise you know your future will be better than your past, you know that a change is coming!

The world can not understand you. Your family can not understand you, even some church people can not figure you out! The reason they can not understand you is because they see what you are going through, but you still have peace and you still have a praise.

You have peace because you know that you are not going through what you are going through alone. You know that the Lord is with you!

“…lo, I am with you alway, even

unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Matthew 28:20

You still have a praise because you have a promise and you know that God is about to bring you out of what you are in. You know that you are on the verge of a change and that your promise is about to be fulfilled.

You may be having a hard time trying to figure out what is going on at the present time. Your probably in a time when your mind is telling you one thing and your spirit is telling you another thing.

The best way I can word it is, “Your body is still in your present, but your spirit has stepped into your future and your mind is confused because it is trying to figure out what is going on.”

Your spirit knows things about your future that your mind does not know.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not

seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”

1 Corinthians 2:9-10

While your body is still in your present, in your today, your spirit has stepped into your future, into your tomorrow. Into a place of revival, restoration, renewal. A place of provision and prosperity and your mind is confused because it does not understand what is going on.

Your body is about to catch up with your spirit and in return you are getting ready to walk into a place of victory, blessings and prosperity greater than anything you have ever experienced. You are standing on the edge of a break- through!

In fact, you are closer to your break-through than you think. That is why you can not tolerate things you used to tolerate. That is why you can not tolerate certain people anymore. You are so close to your breakthrough that you do not have time for man’s foolishness, drama, strife and negative talk.

At this season of your life you can not afford to have people in your life that are always talking negative. You do not need people telling you that you can not have what God says you can have, do what God said you could do, or go where God said you could go.

You must have people in your life that believe in you. People who will tell you that you can have what God said you can have, do what God said you can do, and be what God said you can be.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Philippians 4:13

You need people in your life that believe in you, people who believe in your future. As Reverend John Couch would say, “You need people in your life that celebrate you and not people who tolerate you!”

You also can not afford to have people in your life that are jealous of you. You need to remove the people that are jealous of you out of your life now! If they are jealous of you now, they will for sure be jealous of you tomorrow!

Some people are jealous of you now and you have not even received what God said you would receive, you have not been where God said you would go and you have not become what God said you would become. If they are jealous of you today and you have not even received your promises yet, they will for sure be jealous of you tomorrow, when your promises are fulfilled.

You need to tell the people in your life who are jealous of you “Do not be jealous, I can not help it, it is just my turn! If it is my turn today, it will be your turn tomorrow. Shout with me today and I will shout with you tomorrow! Celebrate my victories today and we will celebrate your victories tomorrow! But do not be jealous because like Esther—It is just my turn!”

“Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.”

Esther 2:15

There is way too much jealousy among Gods people. The Body of Christ needs to quit being jealous of each other and begin to help each other in reaching their destiny.

YOU ARE STANDING ON THE EDGE OF A BREAKTHROUGH!

Why do you think Hell is hitting you so hard? Why do you think you are going through what you are going through? Why do you think you are experiencing strange trials in your life?

“Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:”

1 Peter 4:12

Why has there been an increase of demonic activity against you, your family, your ministry, your business, etc. . . ?

As Mike Murdock says so often, “An increase of demonic activity is a sign that Satan has discovered your purpose and you are on the verge of stepping into the greatest season of your life.” If you

are experiencing an increase of demonic activity against you, “Break out in a praise!” Because you are on the verge of a miracle! You are about to experience a breakthrough! You are about to walk into the greatest season of your life!

Did you ever notice that Jesus, even though He was the Son of God, He never began His earthly ministry until He first had a fight with the devil?

After Jesus was baptized in the river of Jordan, God the Father spoke from Heaven and said, “This is my Beloved Son in Whom I am well pleased.” This was the first time that God the Father publicly said to the world, “This is my Son.”

As soon as God the Father announced to the world who Jesus was—His Son, He was immediately driven into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

“And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Matthew 3:16-17

“Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.”

Matthew 4:1

As soon as the Father spoke and said Jesus was His Son, Jesus experienced an increase of demonic activity against Him. Three separate times Satan challenged Jesus’ position as the Son of God, challenging Him to turn the stones into bread, to cast Himself down from the temple and finally tempting him by giving Him the nations if He would fall down and worship him.

After Jesus went through the temptation, after Jesus experienced an increase of demonic activity against Him, Satan left him alone and the angels came to minister to Him.

“Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.”

Matthew 4:11

There is always a blessing on the other side of a battle. After Jesus battled the devil, angels came and ministered to Him and then He began His earthly ministry.

After the temptation He returned in the power of the Holy Spirit into Galilee. He then went into the temple, and began to read from the book of Esaias, (which is the book of Isaiah), declaring that the Spirit of the Lord was upon Him and that He was anointed by His Father.

“And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round

about.”

Luke 4:14

“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”

Luke 4:17-19

Before Jesus began His earthly ministry, He experienced a tremendous increase of demonic opposition against Him. The same is true today. Before a

person receives a miracle, experiences a breakthrough, or enters into a new season of their life, they seem to always go through a time when Hell hits them hard.

They go through a time when their faith is tested and their faith is tried!

They seem to always go through a time when “things look totally opposite than what God showed them or told them.” Before Joseph goes to the palace he first goes into the pit and then into prison. Before David became king he spends years running from the man who he is going to replace, King Saul. But in the end, what God promised came to pass. If you stay faithful, what God promises will always come to pass!

WHERE YOU ARE IS NOT YOUR END!

The pit was not the end for Joseph. Running from Saul was not the end for David. Egypt was not the end for the

children of Israel. And the tomb was not the end for Jesus!

In the end—you will go where God said you would go. You will have what God said you would have. You will do what God said you would do and you will become what God said you would become!

You may not be there at the present time but you are on your way. You may not be where you want to be but neither are you where you started from. You are making progress!

Do not be fooled by the circumstances around you. Do not let the battle you are in distract you. Where you are is not your end! Regardless of what it looks like—stick with what God showed you. Believe what God promised you because in the end what God promised will come to past.

“God is not a man, that he should

lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

Numbers 23:19

Things may not be happening as quick as you want but stand in faith like Abraham and believe that God will fulfill His promises. Believe that a change is coming!

“He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”

Romans 4:20-21

Quit focusing on what you are going through and begin focusing on where you are going to! Quit focusing on what you have and begin to look at what you

are going to have! Quit looking at where you are and start looking at where you are going! Quit looking at everything against you and begin looking at all the things that are for you!

You are going through all that you are going through because you are going somewhere. Israel went through the fire and through the flood before they ever entered into the Promised Land.

“…we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.”

Psalms 66:12

You may be in the fire. You may be in the flood, but you are on your way to a wealthy place, a place of abundance and overflow.

The fire is temporary, the flood is temporary. Your setbacks are positioning you for a come back. Your struggle will not last forever. Your pain is not permanent. You will not remain where you are forever. A change is coming! You are close to a miracle! You are on the verge of a breakthrough!

When people question where you are at the present time, tell them, “Do not judge me by where I now am, because where I am is not where I am going!” Tell them, “Do not judge me by what I now have, because what I now have is not what I am going to have!” Tell them, “Do not judge me by what you now see, because what you now see is not what you are going to see!”

YOU ARE A MIRACLE IN THE MAKING!

You are a miracle in the making. What God began in you He will finish. You are not a finished product. You have not yet arrived at your destiny. But in the end what God has began in you He will finish.

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”

Philippians 1:6

You are on the verge of a miracle! You are about to enter into the greatest season of your life! You are on the edge of a breakthrough! Regardless of what you see or how you feel, a change is coming! You may be weeping today but you will be rejoicing in the morning!

“…weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Psalms 30:5

YOU CANNOT GIVE UP!

Because you are so close, refuse to give up. The sad thing is that most people give up when they are on the edge of their breakthrough. Most people give up just

before the things they believed and prayed for is about to come to pass. When the heat is turned up is when many give up.

But you cannot give up now! You are about to walk into the greatest season of your life. You are on the edge of a breakthrough! If you stay faithful, God will do what He said! If you stay faithful you will reap a harvest!

IT IS ALMOST PAYDAY!

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Galatians 6:9

The word “due” in Galatians 6:9 means “it is owed to you.” Just like if you work on a public job, at the end of the week your employer owes you for the work you have done. Paul said because you have been faithful—It is Pay Day!

It is your Due Season!

On more than one occasion lately I have given out Pay Day candy bars to everyone in the service as a prophetic sign that their “Pay Day” has or had come. you need to buy yourself a Pay Day candy bar and have yourself a coming out party. If no one shows up to celebrate with you, celebrate by yourself, because you are the one that is getting ready to be rewarded for your faithfulness. You are the one that is getting ready to enter into the greatest season of your life. Celebrate because you are on “the edge of a breakthrough!”

YOU ARE CLOSE!

If the heat is being turned up. If you are experiencing strange trials and tests, If Hell is hitting you hard and you are experiencing an increase of demonic activity against you, remember, it is a sign that you are about to receive your miracle.

If you are in a struggle, that means Satan has not won. If giants have been showing up in your life, it is a sign you are about to enter your Promised Land, or you have already entered.

The twelve spies did not see any giants until they crossed over into Canaan, they never saw giants while in Egypt, they only saw giants when they entered into the land that God promised them.

“And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.”

Numbers 13:33

You are close to your miracle. You are close to your breakthrough. In fact you are so close you need to go ahead and practice your “coming out shout!” Even better why not go ahead and praise God like you have already “came out!” Praise God like it is already done!

Praise Him like you would if you just got your miracle! Praise Him like you would if you just received your breakthrough! Your praise will accelerate your miracle. It will accelerate the change you have been believing for. It will accelerate your breakthrough! You are so close. It may be your next praise that causes you to enter into your breakthrough so give Him your best praise!

YOU ARE STANDING ON THE EDGE OF YOUR BREAKTHROUGH! YOUR BEST DAYS ARE AHEAD! GOD IS ABOUT TO FULFILL EVERY WORD THAT HAS BEEN SPOKEN OVER YOU! YOUR DREAMS ARE ABOUT TO COME TO PASS! YOU ARE CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!
