Summary: How we need to turn things over to God.

LEAVE IT ALONE

1 (A Psalm of David.) Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.

3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

As I look back over the years I can remember how I wanted get even with people for

The way they did me. I have cried and question why people act this way.

My wife and I talk a lot about how some Christians act. Then one night as I was doing

My daily bible God open to this psalms I just wanted to shout when I read it.

(1) Leave it to God.

Don’t fret

Don’t cry

Don’t fight

Because evildoers are going to be taken care of by God.

(2) Envious people never get anywhere.

Two wrongs don’t make a right

Don’t lower yourself to their level

Don’t let them cheat you out of your blessings

(3) The axe will get them

They will be cut down

They will dry up

They will wither away

(4) Keep your eyes on Jesus

Trust in the Lord

Obey his word

Do good be good

This is our land anyway

We will dwell here

And be fed

(5) Ask God to give desires of your heart

Have fun serve him with all your heart

Full of joy

Don’t be a sour Christian

Don’t be a trouble maker

(6) Commit to the Lord

Put it in the hands of the Lord

Trust him to handle it

Go on leave it alone

(7) Wait on the Lord

He will show your righteousness

It will be as light

You will have justice

(8) Now rest and let the lord work

Quit worrying leave it with him

God will make you prospers in the way we need

Let the wicked do his schemes
