Psalms 95:10-11 (Amplified Bible)
95:10 Forty years long was I grieved and disgusted with that generation, and I said, It is a people that do err in their hearts, and they do not approve, acknowledge, or regard My ways.
95:11 Wherefore I swore in My wrath that they would not enter My rest [the land of promise].
This promise is now applicable to unbelievers for in the end as we can see GOD's Mercies is He permitted Israel to know Him again.
Romans 11:26 (Amplified Bible)
11:26 And so all Israel will be saved. As it is written, The Deliverer will come from Zion, He will banish ungodliness from Jacob.
Isaiah 59:20-21 (Amplified Bible)

But a dispensation of the Gentiles are coming in, counted and until a certain number have been saved, then Israel will be saved again and Apostle Paul's prayer will be answered. It's a dispensation of GOD's Grace, according to Apostle Paul.

GOD's rest is different from our rest. We take in GOD's Faith.
