A. JESUS' human experience made Him Perfectly equipped
"And, [His completed experience] making Him perfectly [equipped],"
Perfect means:
1. to make perfect, complete: to carry through completely, to accomplish, finish, bring to an end
2. to complete (perfect): add what is yet wanting in order to render a thing full
3. to bring to the end (goal) proposed
4. to accomplish: bring to a close or fulfilment by event, of the prophecies of the scriptures

JESUS only took 33 years to fulfill GOD's prophecies for Him, and to complete our salvation and redemption, took Him only 3 days, that's GOD. Humans can't get closer to GOD's time/plan for us.

"He became the Author and Source of eternal salvation to all those who give heed and obey Him,"
Author means:
1. Causer
2. that which is the cause of anything resides, causative, causing
JESUS CHRIST caused it all our eternal salvation, and our salvation is without beginning and end, that which always has been and always will be, without end, never to cease, everlasting.
