Payday Is On The Way!
So much to remember,
So easy to forget,
So much to enjoy!!
We talk about the favor of God quite often, because we want you to remind you of how available it is...
We talk about the favor of God quite often, because it's easy to forget all that it can do and accomplish in your life for you....
that's why the devil distracts us constantly, wanting us to forget all of its benefits...
It's our obligation to talk about Gods Unmerited Favor
and how much He wants you to enjoy His presence in your life...your whole life through...
TBS. (The bible says) Gods favor is for a lifetime...
Psalm 30:1-5, AMP
1.I WILL extol You, O Lord, for You have lifted me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me. ( this tells us, that God is a rescuer when we call on Him)
2.O Lord my God, I cried to You and You have healed me.
( God is a healer, when we call and cry out to Him)
3.O Lord, You have brought my life up from Sheol (the place of the dead); You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit (the grave).
( it doesn't matter, where your at...no decease, place, or location is to far for God to go to...or to rescue his sons and daughters from)
4.Sing to the Lord, O you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
( thankfulness is not to be forgotten after things get on track, always give The Lord, His just due praise...His goodness, is not to be taken for granted)
5.For His anger is but for a moment, but His favor is for a lifetime or in His favor is life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
(Afflictions will come...but they have to go, when Gods favor shows up and Joy will always be found...in the presence of Gods Favor)
One definition of the word “favor” is, special privileges or rights granted, and with is an advantage for success.
When you put God first, when you take care of His business and make Him the first priority in your life,
When you Focus on trusting in His ability instead of your own,
Good things, no that’s an understatement, Great things, will start to happen and continue to happen in your life as long as you do!
It does require audience participation though....
you have to choose to walk in the favor of The Lord!...Yes...It's a Faith Thing, it doesn't just happen!
When you choose to walk in Gods Favor....you open the door for His favor to come flooding into your life,
and at the same time, you slam it shut on the accuser and the things of the world. Praise God!!
When you walk in His Favor, you have the advantage for success, you have a God-given edge!
Now...even someone may have done you wrong and it may seem as though, right now as though they have one upped you.
Things are not always as they appear, there not even close..
even though things are going wrong at this very moment,
And it looks like things are never going to change...in your situation.
I'm here to tell you this morning, one moment of Gods Favor shining on you...
Can change your situation forever...not just for now..but forever!!
You see the devil would like you to think..that it's a per instance thing..but Gods word declares..it's for a lifetime!! Amen?
It's up to us..as long as we keep walking in it..it's part of the benefits of having a relationship with God..to be enjoyed forever!!
If anyone ever knew about what were talking about here, it was Joseph,
Sold into slavery not once but twice, accused wrongly and imprisoned,
taken advantage of who knows how many times along the way!
Let me tell you something...the devil can knock you down...but the devil cannot,
I repeat cannot knock you out!! Amen??
There were several times it appeared he was down, but he was never out,
Because he knew, he had the favor of God on his life and he kept telling himself,
Everybody tells me no, but I know God has plans for me, big plans, plans to prosper me and not harm me,
and even though it seems dark now, it's only for a moment, because my future looks bright, my best days are ahead of me!
Joseph's story is a great example for all of us...sometimes our faith is tested the same way...and we have to remind ourselves just like he did!!
When things happen in life to us...and oh yes, they will happen..it's only temporary at best,
and it doesn't change Gods plans...
nor does it change Gods willingness to help us...
His favor is still right there...ready, willing and able to come to the rescue..and not just for the moment...But FOREVER!!
Praise God Forever!!
When things would go wrong, as in life they sometimes do, Joseph knew it was just another bump in the road,
It didn't change anything, he knew with God on his side, he would still end up victorious and in the winners circle in the end! Praise God!
And you need to keep reminding yourself of the same thing...
When things happen..don't be discouraged, be encouraged
“Just say to yourself, I have an advantage, I have the ultimate advantage...
I have the Lifetime Favor of God on my life!!
God is in control of my destiny, My future is full of possibilities!
I serve a God of "the skies not even the limit," Praise God!
He’s working for me behind the scenes, fighting my battles for me and He's never lost one yet!!
It may look bad right now, but things are not always as they appear,
I am, I can and I will be encouraged!
because as long as God is my partner,
No matter what happens, I’ll come out victorious on the other side!
Each and everyone of those statements...is a declaration of what God can, will and wants to do in your life...
not only in the situation you may be in...
but every situation you may come up against your whole life through..Amen??
God loves it..when His people make declarations of Faith!
Some would say..that's just being cocky, or arrogant!
No...that's making a declaration of your faith!
Hebrews 11:1 NKJ
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Those are statements that you hope will happen..are they not?
Those are things that you clearly want to happen..but you haven't seen them happen yet..are they not?
Those are "Declaration of Faith" statements!!
And what does the bible say happens when you make those kind of statements?
Hebrews 11:2 NKJ says
2. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.
A good testimony..that's what!
We can..and we should..expect nothing less..
Then what the elders expected and obtained..Praise God!
Amen?? They received what they asked for and declared in faith, didn't they?
And who are they?
They don't even have a name..and they received!
Don't you deserve what they got?...
You better believe you do...

3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out
You can expect Gods Favor to shine in your life when ask in Faith to receive it!
(Repeat) (Repeat again..until it becomes real to you in your life!)
Far to many Christian’s want to give up, when just around the corner is their answer they’'ve been believing God for,
The scent of victory is in the air, trust in Gods favor and ability to bring you the sweet taste of success every time you ask!
Every time? Did you say Every time?
Yes, yes I did!
That's how it works...we can depend on God...EVERY TIME!
He's not an every other time God...only working on the odd number of days each month!
He's an on time...every time...God this morning...and every morning...Amen??
God wants you to experience..
and to have that kind of Confidence in His Amazing Ability...
In your life!!
He wants you to know and to realize, that you can....

Hebrews 10:35,36 Amp.
35.Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward.
36.For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised.
Why would anyone want to give up on any situation...
Be it a physical need..
A financial need...
A spiritual need...
Or any kind of need...
when just around the bend, is the answer.. and the promise of a great and glorious compensation of reward..only He can deliver!
Waiting to be carried away and enjoyed to the full, what is promised!
Those are powerful, faith building words..those are Gods words!
Do not fling away your fearless confidence.”
One translation says, “...for payday is coming.”
You see, that’s the trouble in the day and entitlement age we live in, everyone thinks its payday on demand.
I want it now God..oh I need it now God
This is what I need and this is how you need to do it..It'll be easy..I've got it all figured out for you..hurry up God..just do it!
The only thing that does..is add worry and stress into the mix...both of which, are the opposite of faith!
Our timing is not His timing
Our ways are not His ways...
His timing is always perfect and His ways are always better! Amen?
Isaiah 40:31 NKJ
But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
Gal. 6:9-10 MSG
9-10 So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.
In the difficult times, you have to remind yourself that payday is on its way,
everything that can be done for God’s Promises to be available, has been done,
Jesus has already paid for our benefits at the cross..there is no more to be done...to make it a reality in your life!
God is a faithful God.
If you’ll keep doing the right thing, honoring Him and expecting His favor...
It Will Come!!
Start making the preparations now to receive it...
Open a new bank account for that blessing your expecting...
Start drawing the plans, to that new house you want to live in someday...
Buy a new outfit to wear, when you walk out of that doctors office..
for the last time, with a clean bill of health
Get yourself ready, because not just good things, but great things will start to happen
and God’s Favor will shine through every situation of expectancy!

Will the devil try to steal it?
you bet your bottom dollar he will...
but he won't be successful if you just keep focusing on the things of God!
Did you know that, everyone experiences the favor of God to some extent, most people call it luck.
Like when you get a good parking spot without ever circling the parking lot,
or when your standing in line at the checkout and another lane opens and you suddenly go from last to first,
Or if your checking out and the clerk just happens to give you a coupon that saves you 30, 40 or 50 percent on your purchase.
Most times people don't even acknowledge Him or thank Him for it, that doesn't mean that's not what it is!
Even though a person may not realize it, its not luck at all,
There is no such thing as luck, it’s the Favor and the blessing of God!
And the more you acknowledge God and thank Him for His favor when it happens and ask Him to do it again,
the more it will happen and become prevalent in your life, on a daily basis.
He wants you to know it,
He wants you to expect it,
He wants you to experience it,
He wants you to walk in it consistently.. Day in day out
He always wants the best for you, He loves you more than you will ever know!
God is a faithful God and even though sometimes things may seem difficult,
You have to keep reminding yourself that payday is on its way,
He is always a faithful God to those who love and seek after Him.
God has promised every benefit to us that Jesus went to the cross to attain for us and His promises to us are forever,
This morning, you may not feel like your worthy of what God has given to you
In truth, none of us are worthy...
We have only been made worthy, by the blood of the lamb.
