MOVING FORWARD
And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. (Exodus 14:15, 16 NKJV)
Beloved today I have come to minister to you about moving forward. And am praying that this short exaltation will encourage someone in the mighty name of Jesus. I will give 5 different outlines that will help us with this short exaltation. In order to move forward, the first thing that's needed is ;
BELIEVE: We need to believe in The Lord and stop moaning, Moses at this level suppose to pray to God, talk to God, because God has spoken to him to take the children of Isreal forward, rather God said to him why are you crying to me. God has seen that Moses is bothered, Are you also bothered about something or are you in a situation that's bothering you, Beloved don't cry to God. You need to believe.
INSTRUCTION
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye. (Psalms 32:8 NKJV)
Beloved in order to move forward, you need instruction, but you can't receive instruction from God if you don't believe or if we continue crying or moaning. I believe when Moses heard God say " Why do you cry to Me" He must have been relieved. When you believe in God, He will instruct you, no matter what you going though, God is waiting to give you instruction. Go to God in prayer, ask him for instruction and He will answer you. Stop crying to God.
DIRECTION
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV)
Beloved there is difference between instruction and direction, In the above text after the lord instructed Moses to tell the children of Isreal to move on(Instruction) and to lift up your rod, God then directed him to stretch out his hand over the sea and divide it. Beloved if you can believe in God more, Go to God in prayers concerning your issues and He will not only instruct you, but also direct you. He is our director.
TRUST
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the LORD our God. (Psalms 20:7 NKJV)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5, 6 NKJV)
Moses trusted in God, we all need to put our trust in The Lord, when you believe in God, He will instruct you and then direct you. Trusting in The Lord is very important, no matter what situation you are, if you can trust in God, He will see you through. He sees your issues and His just waiting for you to approach Him in the appropriate way and not crying. Crying won't help. Trusting God will.
CONFIDENCE
For the LORD will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught. (Proverbs 3:26 NKJV)
Beloved Moses was confident that God will deliver them, when you put your confidence in God, you get result, remember you can believe in a friend, but don't trust him, you can also trust a friend but don't have confidence in him. Same way you can believe that a Bank is real, but not trust them with your money, you can also trust them but have no confidence that they can manage your money for you. But with God you need not doubt, rather believe in Him, let Him instruct you, Let Him direct you, trust and put your confidence in God and you will get result.
