How Much Longer Lord?

Mal 3:6 MSG

6-7"I am God— yes, I Am. I haven't changed. And because I haven't changed, you, the descendants of Jacob, haven't been destroyed.

A lot of people like to think that God changes with time, but God is the only consistent that we have in this world and the only consistent that we can measure of the things by.

He never changes, he always remains the same day in day out.

James 1:17 NKJ

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

Often times, we like to think that we're the ones responsible for the good and the gifts that are placed in our life.

But the fact is, that it's God the father that all the good gifts and every perfect gift is brought down to us from Him.

There is no variation..everything good in our lives, God is responsible for!

Num 23:19 NKJ

19 “God is not a man, that He should lie,

Nor a son of man, that He should repent.

Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

Sometimes when we have a need..and we feel like it's taking to long to happen..

and since it's not happening on our time table, in the time frame we think it should be taking place.

We have the tendency to get antsy and impatience...

We live in the now..everything's now, now ,now!

Instant coffee, instant messaging, instantaneous news from around the world as it happens..

We want to know it now...Don't we?

Living in the now..is nothing new to God, cause you see..God lives in the everywhere..by that I mean past, the now and the future!

He is omnipresent..He lives in all places at all times

Father knows best..and it's especially true

When it's our Heavenly Father.

When we ask for His help..He hears our request and He takes the request seriously!

Sometimes when it takes longer than we like..we may think He doesn't..

But nothing could be farther from the truth.

We like to think, that it's always a straight line between

point A and point B..

But when we ask for His help..we should have the faith and the trust

in His infinite wisdom..

that He is going to take the best and most timely route for everyone involved in the equation..Amen?

Did you know? That Others are also blessed on your way to your blessing!

And to that note..I say Bless em Lord..Bless em real good,

so they can bless everyone on the way to the blessing you have in mind for me..and then I can be a blessing to someone else!

When we ask for a Blessing..it should always be with the intent to Bless someone else and keep the cycle going.

Because we really are all part of someone else receiving their Blessing..when you think about it.

And when you think about being a blessing

To someone else...

it's more likely you're going to receive a blessing along the way to being a Blessing!

Luke 6:38 YLT

38 `Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed, and shaken, and running over, they shall give into your bosom; for with that measure with which ye measure, it shall be measured to you again.'

It's not a matter of if He wants to help us..

Because the Word Proclaims He Does!

When you need His help, He has proven time and time again,

that He is Faithful and He’ will do it..

if you ask Him.

Psalms 121:3-4 MSG

3-4 He won’t let you stumble,

your Guardian God won’t fall asleep.

Not on your life! Israel’s

Guardian will never doze or sleep.

God is always on call..always looking for an opportunity

to work things out for you in your situation

God did it for the widow of Zarapheth

She was down to the nitty gritty

She could have said this is it

Time to help God figure out an alternate plan..or we're going to perish.

What did God do?

He sent her a word..

1 Kings 17:12-16 MSG

12 She said, “I swear, as surely as your God lives, I don’t have so much as a biscuit. I have a handful of flour in a jar and a little oil in a bottle; you found me scratching together just enough firewood to make a last meal for my son and me. After we eat it, we’ll die.”

13-14 Elijah said to her, “Don’t worry about a thing. Go ahead and do what you’ve said. But first make a small biscuit for me and bring it back here. Then go ahead and make a meal from what’s left for you and your son. This is the word of the God of Israel: ‘The jar of flour will not run out and the bottle of oil will not become empty before God sends rain on the land and ends this drought.’”

15-16 And she went right off and did it, did just as Elijah asked. And it turned out as he said—daily food for her and her family. The jar of meal didn’t run out and the bottle of oil didn’t become empty: God’s promise fulfilled to the letter, exactly as Elijah had delivered it!

God was faithful and true to His word, He always is..

He's not a let you down kind of God!

Now..The devil will do his level best to get you to think He is..

By planting seeds of fear and unbelief..

There is nothing the devil plants, or will ever plant

That can take root and stand against the Word of God !

GOD is always, has always and will always be..

a God of more than enough,

If you can believe..God is always willing to help

and to put you on the right side, every time..

of each and every situation. Amen?

And God is not a respect or of persons..

He will do it..time after time for whosoever will

call on Him for help and believe!

What He has done for others..He will also do for you!

We see it time after time in the scripture..

2nd Kings 4:1-7 MSG

4 One day the wife of a man from the guild of prophets called out to Elisha, “Your servant my husband is dead. You well know what a good man he was, devoted to God. And now the man to whom he was in debt is on his way to collect by taking my two children as slaves.”

2 Elisha said, “I wonder how I can be of help. Tell me, what do you have in your house?”

“Nothing,” she said. “Well, I do have a little oil.”

3-4 “Here’s what you do,” said Elisha. “Go up and down the street and borrow jugs and bowls from all your neighbors. And not just a few—all you can get. Then come home and lock the door behind you, you and your sons. Pour oil into each container; when each is full, set it aside.”

5-6 She did what he said. She locked the door behind her and her sons; as they brought the containers to her, she filled them. When all the jugs and bowls were full, she said to one of her sons, “Another jug, please.”

He said, “That’s it. There are no more jugs.”

Then the oil stopped.

7 She went and told the story to the man of God. He said, “Go sell the oil and make good on your debts. Live, both you and your sons, on what’s left.”

Her miracle made it's way to her didn't it?

Was it late?

Was it early?

What route did it take?

Who cares..it got there at the right time, just in time

That's how God is..always on time! Amen?

What about the 3 little Hebrew boys?

How about the story of Elijah and the prophets?

How the time when the the church had a $30,000.00 need on a Sunday

morning and the need was met miraculously, before the service was over..

and it was never even mentioned.

God is always on time..God is always faithful to his word,

He has never failed any of us one time.

all it requires on our part, is a little bit of faith to step out of the boat like Peter did

and keep ours eyes focused on Him..and watch Him at work.

Time after time, from the beginning, God has proven over and over that He is a ready, willing and able God!

In my life He has proved Himself many times when i needed an answer to prayer

and I know we can all say the same of Him, what a Good God we serve!!!

God keeps perfect records of our needs, wants and desires, even when we forget sometimes, He never does!

He is the one who puts the desire in our hearts

and births ideas into existence

He is the one..who gives us all things..

and He is the one who sees them all the way through To Fruition!

Amen? Aren't you glad He does?

He is such a Good God and all His attention in our lives..

Stems from the immense Love that He has for us.

Psalms 23:1-6 MSG

23 1-3 God, my shepherd!

I don’t need a thing.

You have bedded me down in lush meadows,

you find me quiet pools to drink from.

True to your word,

you let me catch my breath

and send me in the right direction.

4 Even when the way goes through

Death Valley,

I’m not afraid

when you walk at my side.

Your trusty shepherd’s crook

makes me feel secure.

5 You serve me a six-course dinner

right in front of my enemies.

You revive my drooping head;

my cup brims with blessing.

6 Your beauty and love chase after me

every day of my life.

I’m back home in the house of God

for the rest of my life.

He loves to help His children and His timing is always inpeccable.

As the song goes, you may not know how, you may not know when, but He’'ll do it again and again and again! Amen?

Whatever need may arise in our life, we can count on the Lord God to be faithful to help us, in our time of need.

If we just call on Him and ask for His help, all we need to do, is have faith and believe and let go and let God!!

Amen lets pray!
