GOD IS LOVE, LOVE'S VERY NATURE IS TO GIVE...

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I. GOD IS LOVE, LOVE NEVER FAILS, GOD'S WHOLE NATURE IS LOVE...
A. HOW MUCH DOES GOD LOVE?
God SO LOVED...
B. We are PARTAKERS OF GOD'S NATURE OF LOVE... GOD GIVES SO GOD'S CHILDREN
HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DIVINE NATURE OF TWO ISSIES:
1. WE MUST LOVE...
2. WE MUST GIVE...
2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye
might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he
that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
2. GOD GAVE US THE CREATION, GOD GAVE MAN THE KEYS, AUTHORITY...
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth
3.WE ARE CREATED IN GOD'S IMAGE... WE MUST BECOME LOVE GIVERS.... AND GIVERS
OF LOVE. GOD TRUSTED MAN WITH HIS CREATION. GOD GAVE MAN THE KEYS, AUTHORITY...
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the
earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Luke 4:6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that
is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
4. THE BEST GIFT EVER KNOWN... GOD GAVE HIS SON, HIS ONLY SON...

5.GOD GAVE US THE FAMILY: EVE IS THE MOTHER OF ALL
Genesis 2:21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one
of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
[22] And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the
man.
[23] And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man.
[24] Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they
shall be one flesh.
Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
Matthew 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined
together, let not man put asunder.
6. GOD GAVE HIS WORD...
DO WE KNOW THE POWER OF THE WORD GOD FRAMED THE WORLD?
WE HAVE THE SAME POWER IN THE WORDS WE SPEAK.
Psalm 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword,
piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a
discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
7. GOD GAVE US 10 COMMANDMENTS, EVERYONE OF THEM ARE FOR OUR GOOD.
THE COMMANDMENTS MAKE PERSONAL, FAMILY AND SOCIAL LIFE HEALTHY...
(NOT MERE SUGGESTIONS)
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments
are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh
the world, even our faith.
8. GOD GAVE US JESUS, JESUS GAVE US THE HOLY SPIRIT...
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said
unto you.
John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the
Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away,
the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
9. THE HOLY SPIRIT GAVE US THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH...
Ephes. 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle,
or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
9. GOD GIVES GRACE... AND MERCY...
John 1:16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints:
Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one
many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man,
Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
Romans 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound.
But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound
10. GOD GIVES ETERNAL LIFE...
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they
might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
11. THE HOLY SPIRIT GAVE US THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH...

12. GOD GIVES HOPE...
Romans 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many
nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
Hebrews 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and
which entereth into that within the veil;
13. GOD GAVE US FREE WILL, THE THINKING PROCESS... FREE WILL...
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but
his heart is not with thee.
AS A MAN THINKS:
TODAY I WILL THINK LIKE A DYNAMIC SERVANT OF GOD,
BECAUSE I AM WHAT I THINK
I AM NOT ALWAYS WHAT I THINK I AM, I AM WHAT I THINK.
I AM NOT WHAT I EAT, I AM WHAT I THINK.
CLOTHES DO NOT MAKE THE MAN, THINKING MAKES THE MAN.
THEREFORE I WILL KEEP MY THOUGHT PROCESS
ACTIVE AND OPEN TO THE VOICE OF GOD.
14. QUIT CRYING AND COME INTO JOY...
Neh. 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send
portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither
be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Jeremiah 31:13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for
I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
John 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and
that your joy might be full.
15. GOD GIVES HEALING...
Jeremiah 33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto
them the abundance of peace and truth.
Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in
his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching
the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among
the people.
16. GOD GIVES THE PROMISE, IN GOD WE BECOME HEIRS AND JOINT HEIRS...
EVERY PROMISE IN THE BOOK IS MINE...
Romans 4:13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham,
or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith
Galatians 4:7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of
God through Christ.
17. GOD GIVES A SOUND MIND...
Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received
the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
2 Tim. 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
18. GOD GIVES FORGIVENESS...
Matthew 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Matthew 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matthew 18:21Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me,
and I forgive him? till seven times?
[22] Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
19. GOD GIVES PEACE TO HIS CHILDREN...
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I
unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world
ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
20. GOD GIVES SUN SHINE AND RAIN... TO THE JUST AND THE UNJUST...
GOD BLESS THE SEED TO GROW THHAT HE KNEW WOULD GROW TO BE THE TREE
THAT MADE THE OLD RUGGED CROSS.
Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his
sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
CONCLUSION: GOD'S VERY NATURE IS TO GIVE.
WE MUST TAKE ON HIS GIVING NATURE... AND HIS NATURE OF LOVE.
2 Cor. 9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which
soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
[7] Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of
necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
MESSAGE
2 Cor. 9:6-7 Remember: A stingy planter gets a stingy crop; a lavish planter gets a lavish crop.
[7] I want each of you to take plenty of time to think it over, and make up your own mind
what you will give. That will protect you against sob stories and arm-twisting.
God loves it when the giver delights in the giving.
GOD'S GIFTS ARE TOO NUMEROUS TO DISCUSS,LET US TAKE ON THE DIVINE NATURE
OF GIVING AND LOVE.
ALWAYS REMEMBER GOD GIVES, Satan takes.
God adds and multiplies, Satan DIVIDES AND SUBTRACTS.
