Psalms 52:6-7 (Amplified Bible)
52:6 The [uncompromisingly] righteous also shall see [it] and be in reverent fear and awe, but about you they will [scoffingly] laugh, saying,
52:7 See, this is the man who made not God his strength (his stronghold and high tower) but trusted in and confidently relied on the abundance of his riches, seeking refuge and security for himself through his wickedness.
V. THESIS:
Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for through You that gave me strength I can counsel people through Your WORD, worship You any time and everywhere and laugh at our enemies.

D. To whom written: Sometimes to GOD, sometimes to author
E. Main Themes: praise and worship, prayer and praise
VIII. MAIN BODY:
A. The righteous shall see, fear GOD and laugh at the wicked.
"52:6 The [uncompromisingly] righteous also shall see [it] and be in reverent fear and awe, but about you they will [scoffingly] laugh, saying,"
Psalms 37:34 (Amplified Bible)
37:34 Wait for and expect the Lord and keep and heed His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; [in the end] when the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
Psalms 64:9 (Amplified Bible)
64:9 And all men shall [reverently] fear and be in awe; and they will declare the work of God, for they will wisely consider and acknowledge that it is His doing.
Psalms 97:8 (Amplified Bible)

See or "raah" in Hebrew which means:
1. advise self, appear, approve, behold
2. one another, one on another, one upon another with joyfulness
We advise fellow CHRISTian believers what to do in circumstances, we advise them through the WORD of GOD.
Fear or "yare" in Hebrew which means:
1. to fear
2. morally to revere
3. frighten
Whoever we fear, we worship that why GOD doesn't like us to fear men. We worship GOD alone.

10:28 And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather be afraid of Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell (Gehenna).
Laugh or "sachaq" in Hebrew which means:
1. to laugh to play
2. deride - to laugh at in contempt; to turn to ridicule or make sport of; to mock; to treat with scorn by laughter.
3. have in derision, laugh, make merry, mock (-er), play, rejoice, (laugh to) scorn, be in (make) sport.

As righteous people, because of the finished work of the LORD JESUS on the cross, we do 3 things: we see (advise self and one another), we worship GOD and we laugh at our enemies.
B. The wicked man are laughed at because:
1. he has not made GOD his strength
2. he trusted and relied on the abundance of his riches
3. he seeks refuge and security for himself through his wickedness

The wicked men does 3 things:
1. he has not made GOD his strength

17:5 Thus says the Lord: Cursed [with great evil] is the strong man who trusts in and relies on frail man, making weak [human] flesh his arm, and whose mind and heart turn aside from the Lord.
2. he trusted and relied on the abundance of his riches

1. he has not made GOD his strength
2. he trusted and relied on the abundance of his riches
3. he seeks refuge and security for himself through his wickedness
