A. The wise will inherit glory
"The wise shall inherit glory (all honor and good)"
Wise or "chakam" in Hebrew meaning: intelligent, skilful or artful, wise, cunning, wise-hearted. A wise is someone not wise because of education but someone who has a relationship with GOD and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Proverbs 4:8 (Amplified Bible)
Prize Wisdom highly and exalt her, and she will exalt and promote you; she will bring you to honor when you embrace her.
1 Samuel 2:30 (Amplified Bible)

B. The fools shall be promoted to shame

Fools or "kesyl" in Hebrew meaning: stupid or silly, fat. A fool is not something lacking in education but a fool is someone who lacks a relationship with GOD and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
