Yes. Externally He always attacks my enemies and brings me victories left and right, all I have to do is stand still and see Him win, and from within He is my Fortress and Refuge.

A. The LORD of Hosts is with us
"The Lord of hosts is with us;"
Hosts or "tsaba tsebaah" in Hebrew meaning: a mass of persons organized for war, a campaign: hardship or worship, company, soldiers, waiting upon, warfare.
The LORD of HOSTS is often used in battle or war where the LORD will fight for His people for the battle is the LORD's and we don't have to fight but just stand still in His Presence.
1 Samuel 17:47 (Amplified Bible)
And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.
Exodus 14:13 (Amplified Bible)
Moses told the people, Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again.

The LORD OF HOSTS simply means the GOD of WAR is with us always ready to fight the battles in life and always bringing us into victory.

But thanks be to God, Who gives us the victory [making us conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our battles in life here on earth is always a choice, it's either hardship or worship, I'll go for worship. In times of hardship, I won't be affected because I will worship.
For example, souls are made for worship of the LORD and bringing them to the LORD is worship itself.

As for you, be calm and cool and steady, accept and suffer unflinchingly every hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fully perform all the duties of your ministry.

The LORD SHEBAOTH is with me always, He will fight the battles in life, it's His battle, all I do is stand still and watch Him win left and right, and I get to go with Him in the parade of victories, winning souls left and right for His Glory.

While GOD, the LORD SHEBAOTH is winning battles and wars left and right for our victories, He also is protecting us Himself by being a refuge or fortress around us.
