John 3:18 (Amplified Bible)

He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation—he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. VIII. MAIN BODY:

Ezekiel 18:20 (Amplified Bible)

The soul that sins, it [is the one that] shall die. The son shall not bear and be punished for the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear and be punished for the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him only, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon the wicked only.

Ezekiel 18:20 (New King James Version)

The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

A. Sons shall not be responsible for his father's soul and guilt and vice-versa.

"The soul that sins, it [is the one that] shall die. The son shall not bear and be punished for the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear and be punished for the iniquity of the son;"

Deuteronomy 24:16 (Amplified Bible)

The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; only for his own sin shall anyone be put to death.

1 Kings 14:13 (Amplified Bible)

And all Israel shall mourn for him and bury him; for he only of Jeroboam’s family shall come to the grave, because in him there is found something good and pleasing to the Lord, the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam.

2 Kings 14:6 (Amplified Bible)

But he did not slay the children of the murderers, in compliance with what is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, in which the Lord commanded, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children for the fathers; but every man shall die for his own sin only.

2 Kings 22:18-20 (Amplified Bible)

But to the king of Judah, who sent you to inquire of the Lord, say this, Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, regarding the words you have heard:

Because your heart was [tender and] penitent and you humbled yourself before the Lord when you heard what I said against this place and against its inhabitants, that they should become a desolation, [an astonishment and] a curse, and you have rent your clothes and wept before Me, I also have heard you, says the Lord.

Behold, therefore [King Josiah], I will gather you to your fathers, taken to your grave in peace, and your eyes shall not see all the evil which I will bring on this place. And they brought the king word.

2 Chronicles 25:4 (Amplified Bible)

But he did not slay their children; he did as it is written in the Law, in the Book of Moses, where the Lord commanded, The fathers shall not die for the children, or the children die for the fathers; but every man shall die for his own sin.

Jeremiah 31:29-30 (Amplified Bible)

In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.

But everyone shall die for his own iniquity [only]; every man who eats sour grapes—his [own] teeth shall be set on edge.

The unbelievers are saying a generational curse that causes sickness and disease among one clan or family, but it's not true. It is not based on the WORD OF GOD, but what I believed more is in generational blessing. Take a look at Abraham.

Genesis 22:18 (Amplified Bible)

And in your Seed [Christ] shall all the nations of the earth be blessed and [by Him] bless themselves, because you have heard and obeyed My voice.

Through one man, Abraham, GOD caused all his families: spiritual and physical to be blessed through Abraham. We are children of Abraham and not children of the Law: Moses. We are children of Abraham, if we are believers of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

John 1:12 (Amplified Bible)

But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name—

Galatians 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

Know and understand that it is [really] the people [who live] by faith who are [the true] sons of Abraham.

Galatians 3:26 (Amplified Bible)

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith.

B. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself. The wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

"the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him only, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon the wicked only"

Ezekiel 18:30 (Amplified Bible)

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, says the Lord God. Repent and turn from all your transgressions, lest iniquity be your ruin and so shall they not be a stumbling block to you.

Ezekiel 33:10 (Amplified Bible)

And you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, Thus you have said: Truly our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we waste away because of them; how then can we live?

1 Kings 8:32 (Amplified Bible)

Then hear in heaven and do and judge Your servants, condemning the wicked by bringing his guilt upon his own head and justifying the [uncompromisingly] righteous by rewarding him according to his righteousness (his uprightness, right standing with God).

2 Chronicles 6:23 (Amplified Bible)

Then hear from heaven and do; and judge Your servants, requiting the wicked by bringing his conduct upon his own head, and justifying the [uncompromisingly] righteous by giving him according to his righteousness (his uprightness and right standing with God).

2 Chronicles 6:30 (Amplified Bible)

Then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, and forgive, and render to every man according to all his ways, whose heart You know; for You, You only, know men’s hearts,

ILLUSTRATION: When I got born again, the first in our clan, I shared the gospel to my uncles but sadly they never believed the LORD JESUS CHRIST and they all died without the Savior - the LORD JESUS CHRIST. They laughed at me, they ridiculed me. Then I got a chance to share it to my father and mother, and they believed. All person are responsible for their own soul, whoever believes is saved and whoever does not believe is condemned already.

John 3:18 (English Standard Version)

Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

[He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.]

IX. CONCLUSION:

Praise, worship, glorify, adore, bless, honor, acknowledge and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You saved me from hell, damnation, sin, and corruption of sin, all of these I receive by grace through faith.
