Psalm 51:1-6 (Living) O loving and kind God, have mercy. Have pity upon me and take
away the awful stain of my transgressions.
[2] Oh, wash me, cleanse me from this guilt. Let me be pure again.
[3] For I admit my shameful deed--it haunts me day and night.

your sentence against me is just.

WORLDLY REPENTANCE-WHERE YOU REPENT OF YOUR SINS BUT YOU KEEP DOING THE SAME
THING YOU ARE REPENTING ABOUT
GODLY REPENTANCE -WHICH BRINGS GODLY SORROW
THAT CAUSES US TO MAKE A 180 DEGREE TURN AND SEEK GODS GRACE
BECAUSE GODLY REPENTANCE MAKES inward change a visible reality

effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
