This week’s message is a hard one for me to deliver
It is on a subject that touches me to the core
You say pastor what could move you so.
There is a place in my heart… that this subject just hits at the core of my being
I wanted to come here today and have one of those loving feel good messages ……..you are great
You know the ones that make Goose bumps go up and down your spine.
I was wrestling in the spirit over this message
I asked if I could get a pass this week on it and preach the happy time one this week. When it would be better for me
Then God Spoke ….He spoke to me clear as a bell ringing in a courtyard
He said… “SON MY GOSPEL IS NOT AN EASY ONE
I never said it would be easy to deliver truth to my people
You will not always like what has to be said
It isn’t just for you it’s for my church and its people”
Sometimes it is hard to stand here and deliver this kind of word
So please bear with me through this message because it has grieved my heart so
This week the unimaginable happened Again …to a parent this time in Orange County.
A Little Girl, A child who had its whole life to live ahead of her…
At 5 years old Was taken, Lured from the security of her doorstep
and sacrificed because of the carnal nature of one individual,
The Sinful nature of a Predator.
and, I use the word predator for a reason
This killer … this fiend, stole away the innocence of a Child
He took the posture of sin personified
A position of pure evil
Moreover, it came from deep within his Black Heart
Make no mistake here.. This was well planed out
Mark 7:18-23 Jesus Speaks
….Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, 19 because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?" 20 And He said, "What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within and defile a man."
All this evil comes out of the Heart of Man
I don’t think there is any greater pain then the loss of a Child
The loss of a mate… a parent… a sibling…
None of these compare to the pain of this kind of loss….
We all have to pray for the Spirit of God to minister to this family.
There will be a long healing process
Pray for them Church….pray for these families
Ask the Lord to ease there pain
We from last year after 9 - 11 we have been shaken to the core
All that we once understood is now different
We have gotten to a place we even believe our front yards are safe
Havens of solitude… because we control the gates to enter and exit
You can not tell me different….. or why do we leave our children un-attended in them
No one in there right mind would leave there child un-attended in a place they felt they weren’t safe or this could happen to them
These people and thousands like them do this everyday
They Walk to the counters in a store and lose sight of their child
or as simple as leave them in a shopping cart and walk down an isle to get a product..
Let me tell you church the enemy wants your children and your families
If he can take them, he can stop the move of God
If you cannot hold their hand, or be with them 24 /7
Then hold there safety in prayer
Cover them in prayer day and night ask the Lord to protect there steps
TO keep them from harm
Church we are all someone’s Family natural or not
Our church is a family too. A family of believers
No one got here with out a Mother or father
I am starting to realize that this lure of the enemy can only get worse quickly IF WE LET IT
The devil uses this deception to give us a false sense of security
I’m hear to tell you today that there is only one… you can put your trust in
There is only one …..that is true and proven
There is only one that you can put your life in His hands and not fear the evil entering your home
That is the person of Jesus Christ
The world is a place that is decaying at an accelerated pace
A place that you cannot trust the walls built of man with their Iron gates and locks to protect you
Locks on doors fail everyday Chains can be cut..
Locks were only made to keep honest people Honest
I am not here to scare you into loving Him Church
I am not here to scare you into never leaving your home again
I am though …. here to set the record straight
If you want to survive in these end days, you want your home and family safe
There is only one that you can trust to do that for you
That Is Jesus Christ and You already have the power… we just need to apply it
We need to apply the blood of Christ upon this dying world
Jesus knew he was going to the father and prayed and sent them onward into the world with a hedge of protection we see this here in …
John 17 : 14-18 14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.
What safety did you have in the world before you met the Lord?
Men try in there own strength to accomplish great feats of security
Most fail immediately, as soon as the enemy approaches,
Because with out the covering of God you will come up short
We look at the natural things to protect us… police, military, the Government
We expect our schools to protect our Kids
Don’t get me wrong, they are just holding the enemy at bay we need them
When the enemy wants to rear his ugly head
Who will stand and do battle
Someone who does not know the spirit of God
What power will they have over hell.. sin ..death ..and …the grave
Is man …going to be able to protect you?
Let me go further, some people are looking for man to protect them from the world and its pain
Let me tell you now… Man will fail you .. Only God will keep you safe
They say how do we stop these predators, thieves’ ,felons and killers
From infiltrating our communities?
Take Gods word and the power it contains to stop evil at your door
The Israelites put blood on the doors of there homes to protect them from deaths march .. The Passover
Next, we are to judge in our courts according to Gods word
not some fairy tale justice that man has conjured up…
How do we do that?
We start with Prayer for our communities open prayer in schools churches parks, in restaurants and gatherings
Prayer to ask God to protect us form evil
Remember the Lords prayer in Luke chapter 11
It goes Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. 3 Give us day by day our daily bread. 4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Deliver us from evil or Keep us from Harm oh GOD
We get involved, have Christians posted in strategic spots and locations looking as the watchmen on the wall
Waiting for the enemy to rear His ugly head
… to stop Him to destroy Him before he enters our towns and cities
When someone wants to change the laws against God
We rise up as a nation and send them back to the pit of hell
Why should we have to live under the morals of the unjust?
We are not in a day where we can let the enemies’ foot soldiers take our land our homes or our birthright.
We are a land built on democratic freedoms and an awareness that it is Gods mercy, which protects us
The 5 % who don’t want to pledge with the word God in it… should just stand quiet
We live in a free nation under one God and you have the right not to speak
Today there is ciaos in the streets because of one thing and one thing only
Our nation has turned its back on God
We as a people have compromised the spirit and intent, which God has for this great nation
This is our town Church…. this is our nation and this is our world
Let the devil be put on notice today
He cannot have what is mine
My bible says in Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
This is A world where we are the ones commissioned to take it for Jesus
That sounds clear to me
ARE you ready to change the world for God?
Are we ready to proclaim the coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ?
Are we ready to commit ourselves… our future to …prayer …fasting and
Giving
Not only by the giving with our monies but also giving our lives?
The reality is that all of what we have is his down to our last breath
So church Give Him all of you Give Him your best…..
We do all this Lord Jesus… so that we can take this area FOR YOU..
AMEN
