Is your name in the Lambs book of Life?
- should know the answer(beyond a shadow-of-a-doubt-Amen
1. What are our priorities as a Christian?
a) Question that we need to ask ourselves in this hour
b) Is it to serve Lord
- or Self
- or the World
1. And if we are serving the Lord
- Is it for things fame, glory or riches
c) We cannot serve two masters according to the word of God
-In Matt 6:24:• Jesus said these words: No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
d) These scriptures show a decision , every Christian must makeÚ Ú” daily**
• 2. Are you on the right highway with the Lord.
a) Jesus said in Matt 7:13-14 :• Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: (14) Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
b) And once you enter into that gate with the Lord
c) Do all you can to stay there on that road with the Lord-Amen
**The Devil job is out to get you back on that broad road to destruction- Amen
d) There are many spiritual roads that lead to destruction in this hour of the church
-The world is looking for a spiritual answer
- But in the wrong fields
e) We must know who we are in Christ Jesus
- so that we can share the REAL RISEN LORD WITH THE UNSAVED-Amen.
3. Again we can ask what are our priorities as a Christian?
Questions to ask your self!!!•
a) If the money system was to all of a sudden crash
-Would you still be serving the Lord?
b) If every bank in this nation was to go bankrupt what would you do?
c) If all the world’s money systems were made into one uniform system
-AND you were required to take a mark before you could buy sell or trade what would you do?
d) I personally believe these days are coming
-These are real life questions to ask ourselves!!!!!
e) But only the true body of Christ will go up in the rapture.
Ú Ú”-Rev. 20:4: • And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I say the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their fore heads, or in their hands: and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
1. Question•
Will we be around when the Anti-Christ comes into power
-I hope not, I want to already be raptured off of this planet-Amen
2. When the Anti-Christ comes into power he will claim to be Jesus coming the second time.
**Turn to Revelation 13
• a. He will have a world-wide influence (shown in Rev 13:8)
3. His control in the world will be spiritual, political and economic
a) Political and economic control • in Rev 13:16-18•
• -Where he forces both small and great to take the mark of the beast
Rev 13:16-18• (Political control)• -And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: (17) (Economic control)•-And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (18) Here is wisdom. Let him that hath under standing count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
- The great mentioned are those in political power
- Some Christians believe that 666 (Mentioned in Rev 13:18)
• will be an 18 digit number assigned to everyone
- This number will be permanently planted on the body and scanned whenever you go to buy, sell or trade
-*So there is technology in place we speak.
b) He will have Spiritual control•
-Will force• everyone to worship him Rev 13:8:• If you do not belong to Jesus you will worship the Anti-Christ.
Rev 13:8:• And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him , whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
• - He will convince people that he is God and worthy of adoration, worship and loyalty
** And the expression of this loyalty will require every unsaved person to take a permanent mark.
c) Daniel 11:36• shows that he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god and speak astonishing things against the God of gods

d) You gotta be sold out to Jesus
• 4) Where is your heart really set this day?
a) Remember I already said you cannot serve two masters
Jesus said inMatt 6:19-21:• Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:(20) But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: (21) For where your treasure is , there will your heart be also.
b) who is your strength in this hour ?
- It ought to be God
c) Prov 11:4,28• Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.(28) He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.
- THIS NOT A SERMON AGAINST RICH PEOPLE O.K.!!!!!
- I am talking about what money and riches mean to you-AMEN
-There is nothing wrong with money, a good job etc.
-But, if they are major goals in our lives, we are missing the mark
Jesus said in Matt 16:26:• For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
d) Riches in this world will profit nothing in eternity
Ú Ú”1Timothy 6:7-10:• For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. (8) And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. (9) But they that will be rich fall into temptation• (there is that word again) and a snare,
•and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.(10) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which some coveted after, the have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
- If we are greedy about money it can lead us away from the faith
- That is why I asked what is your priority
-The temptation is there
*The Bible says : a man is tempted when he drawn away by his own lusts and enticed.
*We cannot let the love of money and riches draw us away from the faith
*We cannot let these things make us cold and lukewarm for the Lord Jesus Christ.
5. I have nothing against being prosperous:
a) But spiritual prosperity is better than riches
b) It is better to be rich toward God-Amen
c) In Luke 12:16-34: • Jesus puts riches in perspective to his disciples with the parable of the rich man.(turn to it if there is time)
d) In Luke 12:20-21• there again shows that you can not take the riches of this world with you.
e) When the Lord calls you you will go
f) And there will be no trailer hitch (with all the goods of this world) attached to it.-Amen
• Re.3:17:• Because thou sayest , I am rich , and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable , and poor, and blind and naked
-Having the riches of this world will not get you into heaven
- Ú Ú”Rev 3:18:• Jesus said : I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment , that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedmess do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye-salve that thou mayest see.
* How many riches we have does not measure our spirituality-Amen
- It is being able to see and hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to us in this hour.
6.Jesus is coming :
a) the Bible says that he will come and call all saints
b) both the present living and the dead 1Thess 4:16-17
• c) ARE YOU READY TO GO???
7. Jesus wants us to be aware of the season of His coming
a) On fire , and watching, and doing the Father’s buisnesss
8.The Bible says that the wicked will understand the times and the seasons of the Lordá’ás coming
Dan 12:9-10: •
•a) To these people he will come as a thief in the night.
b) 1Thess 5:4 •says: that we (Christians) are not(or should not be) in darkness that the day will overtake us as a thief. -Amen
